Burger King

Ordered at 2:17PM, pulled to the second window, was instructed to pull up to the other side with my hazards on and wait. Waited 20 minutes with no response, no food. I went inside at 2:40, they thought my order was driven already but it's no where to be found. After the lack of communication it wasn't until 2:46 I was able to get my food. The store needs better communication and better structure to prevent these issues.

I ordered from their latest Fall 2024 menu a "Million Dollar Whopper Contest" Mexican Street Corn Whopper and a side of Pickle Fries. They managed to incorrectly make this Whopper, there was a tea spoon of sauce with 10 small pieces of tortilla strips in the center of the burger leaving the outer edge very dry. The container of pickles fries was half-full. The Freestyle soda fountain "cola" tasted like every other sodas being expelled through the same hose. This is fast food for you.

Actually the worst burger king I've come to is dirty poorly maintained the floors the bathrooms the male staff is friendly but the ladies I asked them if they could clean my table because it was dirty and she did it when she wanted and she didn't even do it well I stayed because my children were hungry but I never go back to this place again

This female staff was extremely rude over drive-thru (7:14 AM, 11/15/24) and try to upsell me for larger size side orders.

I love this burger king location. In an age where fast food restaurants are renovating themselves into boring, ugly, soulless boxes, this feels like stepping back into a simpler and better time where fast food was still fun. The place is seemingly untouched by time and Corporate BS. I wish more fast food places still looked like this. Also the food is really good and the service is quick. What’s important is the nostalgic atmosphere, and it is glorious. I sincerely hope that corporate leaves it alone and uses it as an example of what people actually want, instead of the Boring, uninspired Starbucks aesthetic we’re all sick of.

Vegetarian options: There’s the impossible Whopper… IDK I’m a Carnivore

Parking: Honestly depends on how far you wanna walk. There’s not a lot of spaces directly out front of the restaurant but the center it’s part of has a lot of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid Friendly. They even have a small play place.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t need one but everything seems up to code and is fully accessible.

Your never gonna get what you ordered. I've given this place so many chances. I used to love Burger King. Wrong order, cold food, bad quality. Fix your restaurant

The male staff here are smiling and friendly. I will update the name later. The female employee at the counter in front is unfriendly. You will know this when you experience this kind of unfriendly employee. however,The male staff kindly gives us warm food. And although I have received service at all fast food restaurants, there has never been a fun and uplifting fast food restaurant that rewards points with a Burger King company game. So I would like to give it 10 stars rather than 5 stars. I recommend it.

New melts sandwich was just gross, a few bites and in the trash it went.Plus the place was just dirty, unusual, it's usually pretty clean but multi tables were gross.Also found it interesting, all of the handicap but one space were taken up and NO customers were in the store???? Saw one employee come in after parking in the handicap spot, and none of the cars had a license plate or hanging handicap tag. That's pretty bad.I'll take it back if all thier employees are handicap, but they sure didn't look it.

Worst fast food location in the entire world. They never have any flavor shakes besides vanilla for the past 5 years even though they say they offer them. Staff is stealing inventory. They close before the store hours say there suppose to close. It doesn't matter what you want they never have it besides a burger. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!
