I would give zero stars, but luckily, I was allowed to get water to fill my water bottle (no ice cause their ice machine is broken) so it wasn’t a complete waste. The guy at the counter looked like he wanted to fight me over just getting some water from the machine and not bother him. Clearly him being on his phone was of UTMOST IMPORTANCE to him cause he was ignoring everyone coming into the store. Maybe I came on a bad day. Maybe they should fix their ice machine. Eh, what do I know?

This location will often get your order incorrect. In five visits they have gotten my order wrong every single time. I ordered a double Whopper combo meal no pickles and extra cheese because the doubles are very dry unless you do this and it only cost $1 to have another slice of cheese added between the two patties. All Burger King double Whoppers come with two slices on the top I always like to add the second slice to be put between the two patties. Today I didn't get that extra cheese I just got charged for it.
I also upsized because I was really thirsty from working outside in the heat and I asked them to please make my onion rings a large also. They did hold back the pickles as I asked but there was no extra cheese and I got the same size onion rings even though I told them I wanted a large one. They had one man doing the prep and one very young man running back and forth between the two drive and windows and that's all the employees I saw. The reason for one guy running back and forth from window to window was because they were taking the order in person which means you could not see the menu to see if you wanted something besides what you had in your mind set on. The fact that one guy was running from window to window I believe was their speaker wasn't working.

Gave the wrong food and sauce despite being clearly told what I wanted. Half assed looking for me when I parked outside and “gave up” making me wait 20 minutes for my order when it was ready the whole time. Seriously just go to the Wendy’s next door. This place sucks

Not sure, just speculation but I think the South of the border people who work there are a little racist. Order is wrong, or they can't understand what your saying, then the order is wrong. Food sucks too, below avg BK

The worst service from any fast food chain/restaurant I have personally ever experienced. Lack of communication from staff members, food is not even warm after a long wait time, lack of customer support from Burger King. Do not support them. There is a Wendy's right next door that has better service and quality of food.

Food is hot & tasty. The employees are relatively friendly. I tend to pick-up using drive thru, so not sure about the atmosphere inside. I gave 5 stars anyway.

I ordered breakfast sandwiches for drive tru pick up. I stopped at the drive tru ordering station to let them know that I am picking my order, but there was nobody at the station. I drove around and went inside. There was nobody at the counter and the person with a headset was seating in one of the customer tables having a nice chat with another person. I told the lady with the headset that I am picking up my order. Instead of handing my order, she directed me to get on my car and drive back to the drive tru once again to pick it up. This lady is in dire need of customer service training or get someone else to her job.

Jessica was so busy on her cell phone that she couldn’t make sure customer’s mobile orders were getting communicated to the kitchen. I waited for over 20 minutes for a burger. When I asked why my order wasn’t given to the staff sooner she became nasty and argumentative.

I never eat BK but I ordered through the app, pulled up to the drive through, food was hot, order was correct, and quality was way better than McD or Wendys. Honestly thoroughly impressed. Nice job yall.
