California Pizza Kitchen at Fairfax Corner

I came to cpk on Saturday night with my family. We were party of 6 people.Riya was our server she was so polite and on top of her service. She made sure we were doing OK made sure drinks were refilled. She also made sure to do something special for my mother's 80th birthday. I really loved the service and everything. Thank you riya.

I was there an hour and half before my movie time to have dinner. I really like their food here but the service was horrible this recent visit. My friend and I ordered two entrees and an app but we were not served the food we ordered or even the starter bread for over 45 minutes. The server forgot to put in our order and had to come back after the 45 min to ask for our order again. By the time our food came out we had to wrap it to go because it was our movie time. It was really not a nice experience and I’ll just order takeout the next time I crave CPK.

We're not from VA but we came in for a concert. We got in pretty late and close to closing but they were so sweet and quick to please. The food was delicious and quick, we ordered quite a lot since it was our first time.

Any of their food is easily recommendable.

The food was great but the service was lacking. At one point my daughter and I were the only ones in the restaurant but our glasses went empty without being asked if we wanted refills. May try again at a different time. Maybe the service will be different.

The pizza was good. Everything was classic California Pizza Kitchen. Not much to write about which is what you want in a chain restaurant- the predictability! Would go to this location again.

I had a fantastic experience at California Pizza Kitchen! Not only was the pizza delicious ( Cheese Pizza and Margarita ), but the service was truly above and beyond. One of our pizzas had a slightly burned crust, so we mentioned it to the staff. Without hesitation, the lady behind the counter immediately prepared a fresh one at no cost. What really impressed me was that she went out of her way to personally search for us in the park next to the counter to deliver the new pizza. Such dedication to customer satisfaction is rare! Highly recommend this place for both the quality of their food and the outstanding service. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Fairfax, VA

Said should get 10 stars ? for his exceptional, professional service and kind, pleasant attitude. I usually come to this location at all the time. I would have to say that Said has always been so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Today, I sat down outside due to that I came with my dog. He was so kind to bring us water for my little 4 ? ? paws forever friend. If you ever come to eat at this location please ask for Said. He is the best. Thank you Said for your excellent customer service..
