Someone call the Health department. My children and I went in to have an early dinner. We were originally sat in a booth that had water all over the seat... the vent was leaking a lot of water. I assumed it was condensation from the AC, but that should not be happening, especially not that much water. They moved us into a new booth next to the leaky vent and still got his with water droplets. We decided to ignore it and put in our orders. After, we all went to the rest room (which was not clean) to wash our hands. As we were walking back to the table I was completely grossed out by what I saw. The floor was nasty. There were clumps of hair in water spots, crumbs, trash and caked on food. The floor was not clean when they opened that day or the night before when they closed. And no one was trying to clean it then either. This prompted me to look further. The ledge where we sat was completely cover in layers of dust....so much so you could plant corn. I then paid attention to the kitchen, as I kept hearing a loud popping noise. The manager had an electric fly swatter and was swatting bugs over the open food. I couldn't believe it. The bugs do not stick to those fly swatters...they have to land some where....you do the math. The tile in the kitchen was dingy and gross. I had stop looking before I found anything else that was gonna churn my stomach. Our spinach artichoke dip was watery and green. And my chicken tasted rancid. My kids were not happy with their meal either. We left asap.....I will never set foot in that fairfax CPK again.

The team here is great. We had Cameron both times we visited - what a fantastic & attentive server. I am delighted that CPK brought the tostada pizza back - thank you! Neyda, one of the managers, checked on us & She is very nice. Thank you for the excellent & continued wonderful experience!

CPK is an old favorite and used many times for work catering too. Fond memories. Enjoyed the pea soup and chicken piccata, brownie, ordered a to go pizza for old times . 2nd floor of mall, attentive goodchoice for group or takeout too

CPK at the Fairfax Corner is skimping on ingredients again and it's disappointing. This could explain why on a Friday evening, at a higher-end mall, that the CPK was fairly empty during prime time. My wife was sadden my the lack of options for her and ended up settling for the Margherita pizza. Our son got his favorite Thai Chicken pizza and I tried the new Burnt Ends pizza. The Margherita pizza was tasteless, the Thai Chicken's crust was slightly burnt with barely any peanut sauce and scant toppings, and the Burnt Ends was only ok with too much BBQ sauce like they were trying to mask the lack of flavor. My family used to love CPK, but everyone left wondering if we will ever come back.

Food and drink were great. Service was a bit slow but not due to our server not trying. She seemed like she was nearly alone in waiting on customers. Would gladly go back!
Had made a silly error as a consumer on ordering at the wrong location and had the gentleman named Diego and their Manager Kevin resolve my mistake. They turned a Hangry customer into a very satisfied and happy customer. I truly appreciate this place. Thank you guys!
I came to cpk on Saturday night with my family. We were party of 6 people.Riya was our server she was so polite and on top of her service. She made sure we were doing OK made sure drinks were refilled. She also made sure to do something special for my mother's 80th birthday. I really loved the service and everything. Thank you riya.
