A special dining experience with attentive staff to make it so. The seafood is fresh, and the shaved beef is tasty. The vegetables and noodles make for flavorful and colorful additions. Save the noodles for the soup course at the end of the meal. Appetizer dumplings are also delicious.
This place felt different than other hot pot places I've been to. Usually, the soup was poured for us from a big kettle, all premixed and cooked. Here, the water was brought up to temperature first, and a thick soup base was poured in. It sounds the same, but it's an efficient system.
