Love eating at CAVA, been a loyal customer for 2 years now. So to my surprise when I got a regular chef-curated chicken and rice bowl, I was charged $16 at this location. The only difference being I asked for falafels, as I remembered that CAVA doesn’t charge for them. But I remember the lady at the counter muttering something, and my total being $16 for a bowl. I told her I also wanted a drink, and that I wanted to redeem my points, but she just added it to the total. After I explained, she side eyed me and removed the drink, but after I paid for my food, she didn’t give me the drink cup. So I had to just stand there awkwardly, waiting for them to give me a cup while they were helping other customers. They didn’t offer to give me a receipt either, so I don’t have the proof but needless to say I’m definitely going to start making food at home!😄👍🏻
CAVA at Mosaic never misses! The ingredients are always super fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy.

Food and service were great. The redesigned dining room offers limited seating and is uncomfortable. It was clearly designed to make the customers as uncomfortable as possible so they take their food to go or leave as soon as possible. The booths and the high tables offer no back support. Outside they have 2 tables instead of 4 and the 2 large umbrellas have been replaced by a small one.
We won’t come back to this location for sure or take our food to go.

Worst staff, I’ve been to Cava’s all over VA and this is the worst one. Unfriendly, don’t listen to the order requested, attitude and they just seem like they don’t want to be there. Soda water also was leaking and empty with no one concerned about replacing or refilling it. Do better.

I love Cava , but do not go Cava at Mosaic. Front staff is very rude, even its slow time , very unprofessional no reason just rushing. Customer service is zero.
Although the workers are always so busy when I come due to the lunch rush, they’re very kind and patient with each customer.

Dark atmosphere inside the restaurant and unfriendly staff, ordered steak and got chicken, ordered different vegetables and got different vegetables again... I will never come back.
