Love eating at CAVA, been a loyal customer for 2 years now. So to my surprise when I got a regular chef-curated chicken and rice bowl, I was charged $16 at this location. The only difference being I asked for falafels, as I remembered that CAVA doesn’t charge for them. But I remember the lady at the counter muttering something, and my total being $16 for a bowl. CAVA at Mosaic never misses! The ingredients are always super fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy.

Food and service were great. The redesigned dining room offers limited seating and is uncomfortable. It was clearly designed to make the customers as uncomfortable as possible so they take their food to go or leave as soon as possible. The booths and the high tables offer no back support. Outside they have 2 tables instead of 4 and the 2 large umbrellas have been replaced by a small one.
We won’t come back to this location for sure or take our food to go.
