Don’t do large orders or catering here because they will mess it up…. On top of that they will make excuses before they apologize… I place my order of 9 bowls an hour before for an 11:30 am pick up. Nothing is ready and the gal that was suppose to be doing the online orders is chatting away. I am then 20 mins late for my meeting…. I then realize by the time I get back to the office one of the bowls didn’t have meat in it. I drive back to get a new bowl and speak to the manager…. All he gave me was 100 excuses why his team can’t execute on time… not looking to get anyone in trouble but take the feedback like a professional and grow from it.

Every time I come here the service is spotty. Sometimes it’s good but recently it’s been terrible. I ordered two bowls today and they forgot to put one in my bag. I drove back to work a noticed there was just one bowl. I then drove back to see if they still had it and they acted as if I wasn’t just in there 30 minutes ago and didn’t know what happened to the bowl I paid for. They made me another one but then skimped me on all the ingredients. It’s enough to feed a small dog. I don’t ever leave reviews for anything because I know how tough the food industry is but good god this place needs help.
Wonderful service and good food!! Highly recommend going to this place especially with friends! Also, Kennedy is awesome! He is such a hard worker! Thank you so much!
