The food is consistently good. Service is also great. Logistics are as good as Amazon's. They are efficient, keeping your waiting time to the minimum, even if they are packed, admirable. What I did not like is that they have taken almost all of the parking for online, catering, etc. Leaving almost nothing for customers eating in. That was not good.

Food and especially service is top notch! I usually order online and pick-up at curbside. My only complaint is that the curbside parking is always full every time I go there and I have to park somewhere else in their parking lot. It is not necessarily a complaint against the restaurant but I have an issue with other customers parked in the curbside parking spots and eating in their cars. The curbside parking spots are meant for fast pick-up and go and not to take their time eating in their cars. If Chick-Fil-A can address this and do something about it, that would be great for all customers as I don't think I am the only one who will complain about this.
What a wonderful business that goes above and beyond in bringing the community together! This Chick-fil-a truly defines what Christmas is about! It hosted a Christmas event at the nearby Hilton and was more than generous with providing an abundance of food, drinks, snacks, cocoa, crafts, entertainment, photo ops with Cow and Santa, giveaway ornaments with handwritten cards, and smiles from its employees. It was such a joyful event! The staff were accommodating, ensuring we were seated at a table with a highchair, and were very generous with distributing food to its guests, to the point that dinner became an “all you can eat” buffet! For the price of $12/pp, we all left stuffed and happy. My family came towards the last hour of the event and were never pressured to hurry. We ate our food at our own pace and were even given more food than we could handle. Even though the staff may have been tired (it was nearing 8PM) , they continued to smile and replenish the food despite the number of guests dwindling down. Even (hired) Santa stayed after closing (8PM) to take pictures with the remaining family in line. It was truly a night to remember and Chick-fil-A, you gained a family of customers FOREVER! Thank you for spreading joy, charity, love, and Christianity throughout our Fairfax community!

They really have the drive through down to a science! Don’t be dismayed if you see a long line, they can get 10 cars through in under 5 minutes. Food is always fresh, never sloppy. Bravo!

I just want to say, Kenny is so thoughtful! I was waiting for my curbside order and when he brought it out, he noticed I had a pup in the back. He immediately offered a pup cup (during super busy rush hour), and went out of his way to quickly get the pup cup and bring it back for me. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture and he deserves a shout out!! Thank you Kenny for turning a small milkshake run into an extremely pleasant visit. My pup devoured his pup cup!!
