Delicious chicken salad sandwich and sides. Staff are not The friendliest. They definitely seem inconvenienced and that they don't want to be there. They are just not friendly. The ordering process is just cumbersome and I think they know it too. Cumbersome for staff and for customers

David was at the register and was so helpful and kind. I was worried that I got there too close to closing but he assured me no problem. He walked me through the menu and showed me the to go items as well. I had never been to this restaurant before and now it’s my favorite restaurant! The food is so delicious, healthy, and comforting! Will be back soon! Thanks! This has great keto/low carb options! Also I’m very picky about ranch and your ranch is delicious!

This is my weakness

Went there for the 1st time and I will be back again and again. That velvet cake is heavenly and that lil cookie and crackers are fantastic. I saved the best for last. The salads are delicious. That cake is out of this world. See my pics. Herndon location is perfect.

I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick for a quick, delicious bite. When it opened in Fairfax, I was so excited and it has not disappointed. The food, especially fruits are consistently fresh, and the variety of chicken salad options makes it easy to find a favorite (or two!).

What truly sets this place apart, though, is their heart for the community. During the government shutdown, they offered free Little Chicks for kids -- no adult purchase required. That gesture meant so much and showed how committed they are to supporting families during tough times.

Great food, great service, and a business that genuinely gives back. Highly recommend! :)

The food was delicious, we got in and out pretty quickly, placing our order in advance. They have waaaay more than chicken salad. Seems anything poultry is game. Price was good and budget frinedly. We will definitely tell be back.

I’m not even halfway done with my chicken salad and I’m almost out of crackers. I asked for extra crackers to avoid this… the food is absolutely delicious but I’m not happy about my lack of crackers.
