I ordered kids meal for my toddler online , I didn’t check it …when I was picking up. When I got home and open it ,it was like an infant sized meal … you can count the chicken pieces, even the rice is half of the expected what a pity server … so sad . Are we going to starvation…, never again will go there

Normally go here to pick up so lunch, normally the workers are nice on the line. The one spanish lady seemed to have an attidude because I wanted a item fresh; excuse me I dont want anythin your scraping at the bottom, she told her co worker they did Bring more of the item. I feel like it is peak hours meaning lunch you should know people want fresh food! When her co worker came over she started speakin spanish and keep looking at me: which is extremly rude.
This experience didnt sit well with me causing me to leave a review, i have a chiptole literally 5mins from my job and i drive 20mins to this particular one because the food is normally fresh and the normally the workers are friendly, disappointing.

Almost every time I go to this location after the gym I regret it. Today I got the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten in years of going to chipotle. Skimping on the chicken and everything else. I will wait and drive to Burke to avoid this location. Would be great if they could get this place consistent.

I did not have a pleasant interaction with the staff at this location AT ALL. I ordered chips and guacamole. They asked me what size, and I proceeded to tell them the smaller size. Yet when I got to the register, they rang me up for a small guac and a large chip and gave me large chips. In a hurry, I didn't immediately notice the error until I looked at my receipt. When I saw the error I returned to have them correct the charge. I had not touched the large chips at all.
They act like I was in the wrong and gave me an attitude when asking to make my order correctly. They fixed the charge, but acted so rude I'll never return to this location. The rest of my food was ok, but there were a lot of gristle pieces in my chicken.
TL:DR - Check your order because they'll overcharge you for things you didn't ask for without your consent.

The store is not clean, worker is rude, and food is not consistent. Over the years, the quality has decreased significantly, and the paper bowls melt, so if you eat with a utensil, you will see the scratches of particles on the bowl. When I asked the worker for more salsa and corn, he looked at the guy behind me and raised his arms in a gesture that I'm asking for too much. I've been to this location more than a 100 times the past many years since its opening, and this is not the first time workers were outright rude. When they messed up the order and forgot my tortilla, they showed attitude. Disappointed.

This place is hit or miss. I generally like chipotle so the food is good. This location is just inconsistent with food volume and one time completely forgot to fill my kids meal with rice. Ordered rice, cheese, steak, and the rice portion was completely empty when I got home. Had to double check my app to make sure it wasn't me, but I definitely had it on there.
Another time I went inside and received a smaller portion than the gentleman in front of me who was speaking Spanish with the workers there. Maybe it was just hook up, who knows. Not a big deal, but not a good look when there are multiple customers there and some get higher portions than others for the same burrito bowl. I still go here once every few weeks since its the closest to my house!

I sawing the employees laughing and eatiing disrepectfully. The.manager asked me if.i.wanted to cancel and he would give me.my money back.
What kind.of restaurant is this? I will never go here again Not recomended. This people need training from the owner.

Two weeks in a row that my order was incorrect. First time the order in the my bag was not mine at all. Had to return to start all over. And all I got was a free coke! Tonight, the label on the quesadilla box was mine but in it was a meat quesadilla, I’m a vegetarian and ordered the cheese quesadilla which has to be ordered online. Very frustrating.
