Wouldn’t refund a $2 drink I included by mistake because it was an online order. Completely bullshit company policy.

Scam Scam Scam!! Some worker scammed my friend and the man didn’t give me all the food in the container for my quesadilla. asked for sofrita, white rice, and beans.. told me only 2? left last slot empty but when i ate w my friend she got all three.. so he jus wasted my money. lady name that sounded something like “chloe” or whatever, avoided the situation when i brought it up along with moving onto a new customer not even helping me out with the situation. rude workers and honestly not worth your money here. Payed $8 for my kids quesadilla, payed $5 at franklin farm. don’t waste ur money because weather your nice or not.. they just have rude attitudes and ignore.

Love coming here for lunch because the people that work there have always been so kind and the service is fast. Won’t be going there anymore and hesitant to any chipotle now since there was a bone in my chicken. Glad chewed my food pretty good, although that’s a decent size bone to just be left in there. . .

They do ok but they sooo rudeee. Just no help not nice over multiple times. I don’t ever go online but the people here are not at all nice and make me feel really bad just for making sure I’m picking up the correct order

My girlfriend has Alpha-Gal syndrome and Chipotle is one of the only places that uses food without mammalian by products. At Chipotles in the Roanoke, VA area, they use specific allergy guidelines that are standardized (remove spoons, remove gloves, one person moves through the line with the order, and it’s on a separate plate/bag). I went to this Chipotle and when I tried to correct them, the manager or person in charge looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about, all they did was change gloves. Are the allergy procedures store specific or Chipotle wide? Very disappointed with this and hope my girlfriend does not have a reaction later.

Please never get rid of the honey chipotle chicken

They always forget to include items that you get from Chipotle rewards.

Their workers are slow and pack the tacos terribly.

I got a burrito from this godforsaken establishment like a month or two back: absolute worst burrito I have ever consumed. It had me begging my digestive system for forgiveness for WEEKS. Additionally, it had me spewing my guts out three times that night. I thought maybe, just maybe, it was an unfortunate anomaly. So like a fool, I make another appearance at this joint. Due to some structural integrity/wrapping concerns, which I will discuss later, I decide to order a bowl. This poor and distasteful judgment does not change ANYTHING. Needless to say, I’m now writhing in gastrointestinal agony yet again. Now, on the wrapping issues I've had with this Chipotle. Maybe I've just gotten unlucky, but you truly must pour more time into training. Wrapping a burrito is and should be an elementary task if you decide to work at a Chipotle. Even a donkey could do it. So someone please enlighten me as to why, on two separate occasions, I have been unable to get a properly wrapped burrito from this place. Both times, I have been disappointed to the point where I now request an empty bowl to deal with the wreckage that comes along with these abysmally wrapped burritos. I guess I have asked for it by coming here multiple times, but as a victim of this truly evil branch, I must enlighten the masses. PLEASE, for your health and general experience, go to the one in Franklin Farm or Chantilly Crossings, or literally ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE IN THIS AREA.

TL;DR
This place SUCKS at everything, and they also made me sick two or three times. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible, terrible chipotle branch and i feel bad for any other victims.

I am so sad to be writing this kind of review.

I ordered four bowls for dinner for my kids and me. While we were eating, we found a long strand of hair in one of them and a piece of soaked brown paper in another. Shocked and disgusted, we immediately spat out our food.

I seriously doubt the quality control and hygiene of this place.

We will never come here again. And for the sake of others, we are planning to report this to the County Health Department.

I wouldn’t wish this on anyone again.

Went with intention of gping to honey grow next door..walked out of honey grow to have chipolte instead. Haven't had Chipolte in awhile and now i remember why. The level of inconsistent im flavors is rather annoying. The rice was a tad salty...the salsa had an extra dash or lime...tje guac looked old..Things are waaay too expensive to waste money on things thay are not palatable
Not to mention a 30 minute lunch which leams you cant take it back...

Whoa things have changed drastically

Stopped by to pick up lunch. The rice was mushy, beans didn't have much flavor, fajitas needed to be sauteed longer and the steak was over done. Service no one smiles . One girl had an attitude. It was basically empty except for the four people ahead of me.
Do better Chipotle!

Whoever that one guy is that works evening shifts and puts food in the bowls is SO rude and really seems like he hates his job. I get having a bad day but this man’s bad day seems like every day idk. He’s filled my bowl on several different occasions and every time he’s just so unpleasant to speak to as well as several people that I know have said the same thing about him.

Good compared to other places. This is my default place when I need quick and healthy
