In from out of town and this Chipotle was an amazing experience. First chipotle I’ve been in that was adequately staffed. Food was waiting on the shelf almost instantly with our mobile order.

Ive been there twice. The staff doesn't want to be bothered. Not the friendliest staff.

This branch is so cheap on the protein portions. Do yourself a favor drive to the Fairfax Corner location for more generous hand.

Staff are extremely skimpy on portions, asked for more rice and was told i would be charged (they had barely put one scoop in my bowl. Many times have been given a half scoop of meat

Used to be good about a year or 2 ago. Now they're just stingy with portions even when I asked for extra (both in person and online). Fairfax location is better. Friendlier people and better portions.

Got a bowl with chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and corn. Service was good, came on a Wednesday evening. I am a regular customer here so not disappointed for sure.

Never again, wrong order received and portions are ridiculously small. If I’m paying close to $20 a bowl, the amount should not sit below the rim. So low that the food doesn’t touch half of the inside wall of the bowl.

Terrible staff terrible portion sizes, go to the one in multiplex instead. This location is the single worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

Wouldn’t refund a $2 drink I included by mistake because it was an online order. Completely bullshit company policy.
Scam Scam Scam!! Some worker scammed my friend and the man didn’t give me all the food in the container for my quesadilla. asked for sofrita, white rice, and beans.. told me only 2? left last slot empty but when i ate w my friend she got all three.. so he jus wasted my money. lady name that sounded something like “chloe” or whatever, avoided the situation when i brought it up along with moving onto a new customer not even helping me out with the situation. rude workers and honestly not worth your money here. Payed $8 for my kids quesadilla, payed $5 at franklin farm. don’t waste ur money because weather your nice or not.. they just have rude attitudes and ignore.
Love coming here for lunch because the people that work there have always been so kind and the service is fast. Won’t be going there anymore and hesitant to any chipotle now since there was a bone in my chicken. Glad chewed my food pretty good, although that’s a decent size bone to just be left in there. . .
They do ok but they sooo rudeee. Just no help not nice over multiple times. I don’t ever go online but the people here are not at all nice and make me feel really bad just for making sure I’m picking up the correct order
My girlfriend has Alpha-Gal syndrome and Chipotle is one of the only places that uses food without mammalian by products. At Chipotles in the Roanoke, VA area, they use specific allergy guidelines that are standardized (remove spoons, remove gloves, one person moves through the line with the order, and it’s on a separate plate/bag). I went to this Chipotle and when I tried to correct them, the manager or person in charge looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about, all they did was change gloves. Are the allergy procedures store specific or Chipotle wide? Very disappointed with this and hope my girlfriend does not have a reaction later.
