It's always a good time here. It's small and feels like you are home in your mom and grandmas kitchen. The wait staff is amazing, and the food is too.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a very open concept restaurant, in my opinion. I didn't have any issue with my wheelchair.
Had a delicious dinner at Chuy's tonight - the "Chuychanga" had great shredded chicken filling, and was crispy but not greasy at all. I picked the Red Chile sauce - a little kick but not too hot for me, and it came with sour cream too. The service was outstanding and the food came out very quickly after we had ordered. We shared some Churro bites for dessert that were crispy, chewy inside and so yummy with the caramel sauce for dipping. It was quiet on St. Patrick's Day but enough people not to feel empty.Parking: Several spots right by the door for Pickup, but also plenty of parking available right in front, in a big lot for a shopping center.

Chuy's has pretty good tex-mex. The portions are big, even if you take the appetizers, so do come hungry. I love how you are able to explore a variety of sauces before choosing a sauce. My favorite is the green or red chile, especially if you are getting an enchilada. I'm not a fan of their creamy jalapeno, but that is due to not liking mayonnaise. I love fajitas, so I almost take the beef or shrimp fajitas every time, but their Elvis Presley is also pretty good, and their enchiladas. Any of the sizzling entrees are my personal favorite, but there's a lot of great options. Honestly, the chicken fajitas could use a little seasoning, but the sauces can definitely help with that. Also, I feel like the taco kind of falls apart, and the tortilla could be bonded more with some cheese or beans.Service is great and friendly. Definitely a great place to go with friends and family.

The person who was serving us was not giving a good service. Everything else was very niceVegetarian options: Rice and beab burrito with boom boom sauce on top. Its the best food to be have in vegetarian
We just went in for Margaritas and Nachos..While the dining room had a waiting list, the bar had room, and we found a hightop table right away.Our server was prompt in taking our order and bringing us chips and salsa.The Nachos came out very quickly, and they were decent Nachos, but the drinks took a long time. We were 75% done with our Nachos when the drinks came that too after our server reminded the bartender. The margaritas were good enough. The big gap between the food and the drinks kind of took away from the whole experience.The place is a little on the run-down side but was busy enough. Lots of takeout orders.

This location, Fairfax, has gone downhill fast. We order weekly (take out) and asked them to please make sure our order is correct and that we have all of our stuff including chips and salsa...here we are, the 7th time, in 3 months where we have gotten home (20 minutes later) to only receive half our order or no chips or salsa. Tonight, it took 1 hour for (2) Tacos Al Carbon to be done (and my husband still had to go inside after sitting at curbside and checking in where our food was) and 30 minutes later after getting home and opening the bag, our tacos were turned upside down with all the fillings out and NO SALSAS. We will go to the Springfield location as we are told they have 2 ppl check To Go orders before giving it to the customer. Unbelievable.

Fantastic Tex-Mex worh great service! This is a great place to try and even has a sampler if they sauces for new customers. They have a lot of different sauce options, and you can customize most of the items to your liking. Enchiladas, flaunts, and tacos were all delicious. We really enjoyed Chuy's and will be back!

“Absolutely loved my experience at Chuy’s Mexican! The enchiladas and quesadillas were delicious, and the service was top-notch. My kids enjoy ice creams from kids menu. We love taste of salsa- very fresh and delicious. A fantastic place to indulge in authentic Mexican flavors.

I have always liked Chuy, but it's still leaves something to be desired. The fun atmosphere and friendly service is nice. The food is OK, the chips are excellent. I prefer Anitas, which is down the street.
