Don’t believe the negative reviews on here. Every time I’ve ordered from them I’ve gotten a perfectly warm, fresh, delicious cinnamon roll and a few times they even gave me extra drizzles, which was kind. Their pecans are also good and fresh. Yum! I live nearby so I usually do delivery via DoorDash for them but might start just getting them in person since DoorDash sometimes sucks.

The lady at the register was very nice, she let me redeem a deal that I accidentally redeemed too early and had expired. Other than that there's not much to note

The service were great. There were two ladies working. One of which couldn't speak english well. But that's ok. She handed me over to her coworker, who could. My problem was with the limited menu. The website and what they have on hand are not the same. I almost placed a pickup order. I would have been highly upset if I went through with the pick up order and gotten all substitutions. There weren't any turtlebons, refreshers, or anything other than the most basic items.

I ordered a “center of the roll” and asked for the cinnamon roll in the back of the glass shelf (since those rolls were made fresh that day). The lady working there in the glasses didn’t give it to me. Instead, she made the “center of the roll” with an old cinnamon roll from the day before that didn’t sell. Also, when I bought the bonbites one time for full price, it tasted stale and rock solid. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to sell the cinnamon rolls that basically EXPIRED.

I will not buy from there again, lady wanted to charge me for icing. Icing wasn't even a lot for the amount I brought.bad customer service

I have been to this location twice and both times had the same problem. I get there 5-10 minutes after they have opened for the day (thinking that they likely sell out quickly). Both times, even though they are OPEN, they have nothing prepared. Some cookies are set out and maybe a lemonade machine is whirling. I ask when the cinnamon rolls will be out, and they says another 45 minutes! Unacceptable. If this were a local small business, they would have their goods out and ready for their customers when they open. Not an hour after! It’s truly unacceptable and poor planning on their part. If it takes a while to get things baked, then plan ahead so they are ready on time. A fairly simple business practice when it comes to a bakery. Anyway, I will no longer be spending my money here and better support hard working local businesses.

I love cinnabons..which means I can also tell when this location uses the old ones and just heats them up ..there cold and taste is off..please only serve fresh buns thank you.
