Sitting in the patio server didnt come to our table to get our drinks. Had to go up to the bar to order. Ordered our food a steak cooked to medium. The steak came out raw and the server never came to check how our food was. But I would give them a 4 star review for the appetizers.

Just a tid bit of info, I have been kind of going through a lot this month, so I just wanted a table to sit at to enjoy some lobster bisque. I had a craving for it, and I just wanted to treat myself because I rarely do this and rarely go to dining places anymore.
Matt's vibe and energy was just so refreshing. He was so genuine, kind, attentive and helpful. His customer service is on point. I'm so grateful I randomly came in this day and that she sat me at his table. I really needed it that night and he is very good at his job. I wish more people in the service industry were like him, but I get it, because customers can be cray-cray sometimes, so it can be hard.
I just want him to be recognized, please, with not only praise, but hopefully some kind of extra compensation. I'm not kidding. His service was so great and he knows just when to come and help and just when to let the table rest to eat.
I'd also like to shout out to the staff that night. Whoever manages does a great job. It is very efficient and looks effortless. The used plates and items were taken off the table immediately and it left room for the tableware that I was using to be spread out. Everyone worked together in a seamless way to help the customers have a great experience. I was very impressed.
The food was amazing, so hats off to the chef and the kitchen staff as well! I could drink gallons of that lobster bisque! (It's that good)
But, please, can you make sure that Matt Rodgers is compensated extra for this superb service and experience that he allowed me to have despite my rough month? I would really appreciate it for him.

I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at Coastal Flats, and everything about the experience was spot on. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really set the tone for the evening. The food and drinks were excellent — especially the cream of corn crab soup, which was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was fresh and well prepared, and the cocktails were just as impressive. What truly stood out was the ambiance. The restaurant had the perfect vibe: warm, relaxed, and comfortable. We were able to enjoy our meal and have a real conversation without feeling crowded or overwhelmed by noise — we weren’t right on top of other guests, which made the evening feel intimate and enjoyable. To top it off, we were lucky enough to find parking right near the restaurant, making the whole experience even smoother. Overall, it was a lovely evening with great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Coastal Flats for a special night out or any occasion.

Coastal Flats never disappoints, it is a solid all American restaurant experience 🇺🇸 ⭐️ The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, it’s affordable, it has a nice atmosphere and its kid friendly. The Crab Cakes 🦀, Broccolini 🥦 and the slaw were delicious 😋

Have to visit every time I’m in the area. Have tried so much of the menu and it is all fresh and well prepared. This time we tried the Firecracker Shrimp special starter, it is so fresh and citrusy. Alissa was our server, she was so warm, friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

Good food, Good Service but, it is difficult to get in!!! It’s always 45 minutes to an hour and half wait!! Not waiting that long for a chain Restaurant! Also We went to the one in Fairfax on January 24 BEFORE the Snow Storm and they had ran out of EVERYTHING!!! How do you run out of everything BEFORE THE STORM! I get it if after the storm the restaurant had delivery issues but, Before the storm!! Ridiculous!!

I ordered a chicken ceasar salad to-go...Upon opening the container i was greeted with a half handful of lettuce, 1/3 filled ramekin of dressing, and TWO very small croutons. If this is gReAT aMeRiCAn rEStuRaNts standard of a twenty dollar salad then I have lost all hope for all your concepts.
