Their ice cream is good but the service sometimes lacks.

Fraud they took my gift card and also charged my credit card

NO COMMUNICATION AND NO CUSTOM CAKE!!!
Horrible customer service in terms of ordering online and communicating live with the customer.
Custom cakes require 24 hours notice.
I placed a detailed custom cake order Friday early evening, for a Sunday late afternoon pick-up.
Email confirmation was received.
No phone call, text or email from the store on Saturday, which I thought was perfectly fine.
The same lack of communication on Sunday.
Figuring no news is good news, I arrived at the store on Sunday for pick-up and there was NO CAKE.
They received the order, as the young boy showed me the printed out receipt. He told me he called his manager on Saturday to tell them there wasn’t a baker to make the cake, and… that was it.
The young boy offered a pre-made cake sitting in their freezer, and though it was at least something offered, it would not account for the generous tip I had applied to the custom cake order. Also, there were no flavors available that were even close to what was paid for.
The young boy said I could request a refund online, and I verified should something go wrong that I can call the store to have a refund processed, and the answer is yes.
We will see how that goes…
Where this is a typical ice cream shop and easy to get on the go sundaes, they are the absolute worst with custom cake requests. The lack of communication floors me!! The manager or no one on the staff thought to pick up the phone to let me know AND process a full refund right then and there?! We all are much better going to Wegmans, Costco or BJ’s for a specialized cake. Dont waste your time because they don’t care about yours. Saturday and Sunday could have been spent securing another cake elsewhere.

Went here Jan 23 at 4 the worker was a male!! Very unfriendly!! I had a coupon he didn’t use!! When we walked in he walked to the back!! He made us feel very unwelcomed!! Will not ever go back here!!

I got the Oreo overload, the girl there was nice, and it was delicious.

Way over priced for what you get. $8 for a small Signature Creation! No waffle bowl or anything.

Great experience! I loved the Banana Cream Pudding with Graham Cracker Crust instead of Nila Wafers! My server Nola was super helpful and friendly! Such good service!!!

Hours say until 8pm on Sunday. Closed at 7pm

ordered a strawberry mango smoothie. was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what they did to it but it’s the consistency of cake batter and it tastes like there’s dough inside of it. it’s the worst smoothie i’ve ever had. Please don’t waste ur money. a small smoothie that is awful costing 8.50. wow

Ordered from this location and a door dasher stole my order. I was refused a refund and the women on the phone stated "I just work here". I was told I would have to wait until the manager calls me because her boss was out of town. I never received my refund after being told it was to be received in 3-7 business days. A gift card was offered to me but I would have to come in store to pick it up and I would not be refunded any extra door dash fees so I declined. Ridiculous that a simple refund could not be provided for me and how complicated this situation was. Avoid ordering online

Ice cream was on par for Coldstone, but the employee had no idea what the ice cream was supposed to be. We ordered right off the menu, but he didn’t know what was supposed to be in it, so I had to read it to him? We ordered the Minion ice cream in a cone, and he didn’t understand so he gave us a cup. There were also hardly any mix-ins. Same for my ice cream. But since he was the only one working, the line was backing up behind us, and I didn’t feel like making it an issue. Definitely one of the worst Coldstone experiences we’ve had.

Horrible experience. Ordered for a group, multiple large sizes and chocolate dipped bowls. Bowls came wrong, even had a plastic wrap inside one of the ice-creams. I am a huge fan of Coldstone but this location is horrible.

Awesome place for ice cream lovers. Must visit place to have a nice ice cream with variety of flavors and topping options to choose from.
