disappointing. I keep trying to like this place, as it is near a few appts for me, but it’s always disappointing. tables are sticky, staff seem annoyed to have to talk to or take orders from customers, lattes are watery, wifi does not connect, music is too loud for conversation. It could be a much better atmosphere

I ordered a cold brew coffee with oatmilk. I told them I was allergic to milk and to make sure my drink DID NOT have regular milk. I had an allergic reaction after the first sip. Luckily, I had medicine in my car and was able to make it in time. When I walked back to ask her to check that there was no milk in my drink and ask what she put in my drink, she said she put cream in it. I had to tell her that cream is made from milk. She them offered milk pastries as compensation. I can safely say after this scare, I will never be back.

I got the wrong order and didn’t notice till after I had left. Also the food was okay, not something I would want a repeat of. Coffee was watered down and not sweet.

The food is as good as to be expected. The coffee is very good and so are the pastries. Unfortunately, the service is atrocious. I don’t know if it’s because there are language barriers or the people are just plain rude. It’s like pulling teeth to get a simple order in without an issue every single time. Not to mention, the same fingerprints have been on the side entry door for a week and a half straight. Just wish the people were more friendly or at least fake friendly (think Chick Fil A) and the place could use more cleanliness. I wish there was another one in the area because isn’t half bad…

I ordered food,drinks here during week on dinner time, as well as cookies Cookies were old! They were rock hard! Tasted like they were sitting there for days and it cost $6 for 2! Unacceptable service.

So you mess up the order as I’m in a rush so I need to make sure to bring back your mistake? I ordered one thing you gave me an entirely other thing and I get zero compensation for the inconvenience?! Just told next time to bring the sandwich with me….corporate is my next stop cause what?!?! You can’t get my order right? Question me if I took the right bag when there was only one bag by itself. So I’m supposed to re-inconvenience myself to show you’re wrong? This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up food, but you want to give the local bakery a shot in your neighborhood. So disappointing they just keep disappointing.

I had a to go order. The sliced cinnamon cake tasted dry. The berry pecan salad was in a container, which was closed, but several pieces of chicken were hanging out of the container.
