The manager has refused to fix the registers when it comes to redeeming rewards, it is always down and he is doing this on purpose, very rude and clearly taking advantage of customers. Do not go to this store!!

I usually love Corner Bakery, but this location is always a let down. Every time I come in the manager is rude and dismissive. This time, I asked for an iced coffee with caramel and he snapped at me saying that it’s called a caramel macchiato in a very rude tone. He seemed irritated the entire time, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

Came here for a simple breakfast and coffee. The yogurt parfait was okay and coffee set out in the carafe for self-serve was lukewarm. The staff was not overly friendly. They also charge $3 for a bottle of water. Very overpriced for what you get here.

Unfortunately they don't read the orders carefully or at all. I ordered a BBLT no sauce, no mayo due to allergies and they put it on anyway. Wouldn't offer me a refund

I came to pick up an order I made through the Corner Bakery Website. I arrived at the suggested time and waited an additional 15 minutes. There still wasn't any order on the table so I went to the register (no line) to check. The staff were very dismissive and just told me they don't have it. They made it very clear that I was a nuisance and they were now ready to take the order of the couple that had walked in. They didn't offer to retake my order or look at the confirmation. I asked how I could get my money back and they shrugged. I left and then called using the number in the confirmation email and was connected back to the store. I explained that I called the number in the email below in case I was at the wrong location. Then they just hung up on me. Since I didn't get any food I gave it a one star. Other times I've had a fine experience--just don't order take out using their website.

Always great sandwiches. The cinnamon cream cake is to die for.
Completed an eight hour overnight project and I wanted to sit down and have a great breakfast. The food was lousy I ordered my order was messed up I took it back to the counter person Expected person to to give me a new order . all they did was remove the items from my plate . Disgusting is a very bored Word to talk about but food, but the food was just nasty.. I would never recommend Corner bakery Café again.

I went there at 9am on a work day for coffee with a business colleague, thinking it would be less noisy and hectic than some other places, which it definitely was. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was almost too empty. We both ordered a coffee and a muffin. The coffee was fine, but both muffins were so dry (old?) that neither of us finished them. After ordering I went back to the counter to get napkins because there were none out, but I couldn't get anyone's attention to help me.

disappointing. I keep trying to like this place, as it is near a few appts for me, but it’s always disappointing. tables are sticky, staff seem annoyed to have to talk to or take orders from customers, lattes are watery, wifi does not connect, music is too loud for conversation. It could be a much better atmosphere

I ordered a cold brew coffee with oatmilk. I told them I was allergic to milk and to make sure my drink DID NOT have regular milk. I had an allergic reaction after the first sip. Luckily, I had medicine in my car and was able to make it in time. When I walked back to ask her to check that there was no milk in my drink and ask what she put in my drink, she said she put cream in it. I had to tell her that cream is made from milk. She them offered milk pastries as compensation. I can safely say after this scare, I will never be back.
