A very chic and dainty cafe! The owner is very welcoming, and kind! It’s easy to miss because it’s built right next to a commercial building. My husband and I came here after our doctors appointment. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay to have my breakfast there because the doctors called me back to their office— once I was able to eat the food, it was perfect! The tea I ordered was hot and strong. I ordered a breakfast burrito with tofu as my protein, hash browns and my husband ordered a breakfast burrito with turkey bacon as his protein. Deff worth every penny! I love a good mom’s and pops cafe that it welcome, calming and enjoyable! This is it!

This spot truly delivers a cozy, chill vibe. The super friendly person at the register made the easy ordering process even better. Our fresh food arrived incredibly hot, and the salsa for the breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. Truly saddened whenever I recall the day I stepped foot in this cafe. I can’t describe the horror of the plastic flowers and vines everywhere. The leftover coffee I got in the name of espresso. And those terrible egg sandwiches. I didn’t even mention it to the owner. I just felt overwhelmed by the whole experience. I hope the owners understand my review is genuine. Good luck to you guys!

💛A cozy hidden gem. The name says it all- cozy, warm, delicious sandwiches, great coffee and friendly staff. There’s plenty of seating, big windows that let in lots of natural light. Fast wifi is a huge plus for getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back! ☕️🥐👍

Cozy District Cafe truly lives up to its name! The atmosphere is warm and inviting — the perfect spot to unwind or get some work done. I tried the avocado toast with tofu and was blown away — the tofu was crunchy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether you’re looking for a great breakfast, a relaxing brunch, or a quiet study nook, this place has it all. Highly recommend!
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Instead of using a standard toaster, they toasted it on the same grill that they cook egg and meat. It made for a very interesting tasting bagel.

This is the cutest cafe! It’s right in the middle of a bunch of medical buildings, so it’s useful if you have a fasting blood test. But most of those places are very generic. Marco and his team have decorated this space with fabric plants and flowers and it really does feel cozy. There’s even a sofa! The food is made to order and delicious!

Such a neat place! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was incredible, and the coffee was a great wake up. We went for breakfast with our toddler and it was very kid friendly and delicious. Highly recommend!
Parking is free and right next to the building (parking garage) and the shop is a very short walk and very accessible.
