Visited Crazy Crab once to try their AYCE seafood. It was a cool experience, but the garlic butter and most of the flavors were too salty for me. I ended up asking for plain boiled with no seasoning, which tasted much better. I love seafood, especially crabs, so I was disappointed they only have male crabs and not female crabs with roe. I had Manila clams, green mussels, and snow crab. Everything was fresh and good. Soft drinks are included, which is nice. Service was great, and the place and music were good too. The price is a bit high, so I probably won’t come back anytime soon, but it’s worth trying once.

I've been to this restaurant many many times and I have to say that they never disappoint Hannah is truly amazing some of the best service that I've ever had. The management is also extremely friendly I highly recommend this place and when you come please ask for Hannah you will not regret it

First this place was busy so I knew it would be fire. I travel to see different states looking for the most spicy and seasoned place and crazy crab just hit #1 on my list and that says allot since I've been to allot of places. The price is very affordable. I got a $8 margarita and immediately ordered another one as it's very strong but so tasty just how I like it. The seafood was very fresh. Crab leg meat came out so easy, shrimp was big and juicy and they use fresh corn which I love!! This place is #1 in my book. I've tried thousands of seafood places and I always get the most hot and finally a place that is actually hot and seasoned. My waitress Hannah was great. She handled everything like a pro. I will only spend my money here when it comes to seafood. Trust me on this y'all I'm a big black girl I know my food
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from Crazy Crab in Fairfax over the summer and my food was not up to standard. Management promised a refund, but after multiple calls, visits, and emails, I still haven’t received it. Dealing with a business that lies about refunds is frustrating. Spend your money elsewhere customers deserve honesty and respect. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I must say I've patronized this establishment for years but after my visit today I'll probably never return. There were literally 3 African Americans in the entire restaurant and yes I walked around and counted everyone in the entire restaurant had clear glasses and all the black people had blue. Noticing this I called my waiter and asked why the black people were the only ones with blue glasses then it hit me this restaurant has a code were they secretly profile I watched people come in who were not of color get clear glass and it just didn't sit right in my spirit I paid and left and will not go back. Am I tripping 🤔 nahhh they were never get my money again and I will stop telling people to check it out. I should have went live while I was there 😪

The only positive thing about our experience at Crazy Crab was our server, who was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. We ordered the Crazy Crab Special, which is supposed to include 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb mussels, 1 lb clams, 1 lb shrimp, ½ lb snow crab legs, 2 corn, 2 potatoes, and ½ lb sausage. When the tray came out, the portions looked noticeably small and did not seem to match what was promised in the special. Worse, the seafood was cold and did not taste fresh at all. While eating, it was obvious the seafood was old. We ordered garlic butter mild, but the sauce was incredibly bland, it honestly tasted like watered-down butter with no flavor. To make matters even worse, both my husband and I got sick the next day after eating here. That alone is enough for us to say we will never return. This experience was a huge disappointment, and we expected much better.

Yesterday, late afternoon... Almost the worst takeout food experience ever! Used the kiosk inside the door. Sat and waited forever. They keep promising 10 minutes. 35 minutes later after 3 inquiries, still there. Took over 45 minutes, with excuses, and the catfish and calamari weren't even half cooked! Terrible! While the manager and attendant were polite, that doesn't make the almost raw food when I got home acceptable!!! Beware!!! Disgusted!
