Whatever you do, don’t order delivery directly from this restaurant’s website. It’s powered through DoorDash but the customer service from the actual restaurant was horrendous. I waited over two hours for my order and when I called to inquire about the status the person who answered was extremely rude and argumentative and refused to listen to my concern. I called DoorDash and they told me the merchant did not log into their system that the order was “ready for pickup” and that is why a driver wasn’t sent out. When I called the restaurant again to explain this, the same man started screaming at me, saying “he doesn’t know what I want from him and that wasn’t his problem” Rather than listening to understand he was listening just to argue and mind you my order was over $60 and I was simply trying to resolve the situation. Very upsetting experience and I do not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is, you don’t treat people like that.

Restaurants tucked away in a medium sized strip mall once you go into the restaurant it is a nice decorated restaurant friendly staff food came out hot the waiter was definitely spot on with making sure all our needs was attended to there was no flaws great food A+

Honestly, I'm more worried about how the owner is making a profit. Their seafood, including crawfish, is fresh; usually, you get a muddy flavor elsewhere, but not here! Servers are super nice as well. I go here at least once quarterly and bring friends who also enjoy seafood, and they love it as well!

We had a great time. Food was good and quick. The snow crabs were a bit on the salty side but other than that it was good. As you can see my friend was enjoy every bit of it. We also enjoyed listening to full albums of bad bunny while we were there 🤣

We used to go to the restaurant a lot for all-you-can-eat seafood specially the snow crab legs and sea scallops. However in the past several months , the experience had not been pleasant. Many times the first tray was not well cooked - the snow crabs were even frozen and each time we had to tell the waiter before ordering that we wanted the food were prepared . The very last time after the 2nd tray, we were told they ran out of scallops at 6:30pm of a weekday - the scallops were never been an issue even on a busy weekend. The blue crabs were always hit-or-miss.
This store is consistent. The food is fresh and the customer service is very good.

We went to this seafood restaurant yesterday with my family and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
• The food was not cooked properly. Several items were underdone. • The oysters had a bad smell, which raised serious concerns about freshness. • Since it was an open buffet, we had to wait far too long every time we wanted to reorder. Service was slow and unorganized.
The worst part of the visit was the behavior of one staff member. An older man wearing a hat and glasses acted in a rude and unprofessional way. He suddenly came to our table, leaned over my family to grab trash, and dropped some of it onto us. No apology was offered.
This was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or respectful service

I was here last night , the food was great ! However, about 1 hour in dining I had requested a drink , the server asked if I had an id I said yes , tell me why she took my id and was reading the fine writings , and I’m sure she has never checked anyone else ID like that , I then ask her ,what is it that she was looking for , she then proceeds to telling me she is just reading to see if it’s safe for me to drink , that just felt so racial and her attitude defined everything . I’m never coming back to that place neither are my family or friends.

Had an early dinner here with my son and had issues with the quality of the clams... they did not open after cooking. They went back cooked me a new batch and still had more clams not opened. My son did not feel good after eating the clams.When I asked about if it was OK to be eating the clams, the manager said dont worry about the clams. No apology until I mentioned it. Another manager AGREED with everything I said. Then the manager that said not to worry about the clams had the audacity to try to block my way out of the restaurant trying to intimidate me, telling me to tone it down. Never again would I go back nor would I recommend. Terrible service and questionable food quality.
