The ice cream was great but it was burning hot inside. The ice cream didn’t last long in our hands so I ended up throwing most of it away since it melted so quickly. My daughter accidentally dropped her cone and they were kind enough to remake it without hesitation. I would come back but maybe not sit in.

I visited earlier and noticed that the staff member(Indian guy) preparing french fries at the grill was not wearing gloves. This doesn’t appear sanitary and is concerning from a food safety perspective.”

DQ has advertised for the “ Free Cone Day”, which was today. Came to this location on our way home.

There was a lady in front of us. She had dropped her cone, the lady was kind and cleaned up her dropped cone. When she asked to get another one, the old lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and gave her another.

We were next in line. Old lady said “how’s can I help you?”, I said “WE are here for the free cone day.” She asked if we wanted dip, I stated “No thank you”. Why did she only serve three when there are four of us?!

Don’t be stingy by assuming only children enjoy, cause us parents like to enjoy some sweets. Our first time here and our last time. We definitely won’t be coming back here even to spend money! I will never recommend this place for business either.

The DQ was closing when I walked in, but even then the two employees left closing up decided to still serve me AND 3 other customers. When they didn't even have too. I seriously thank the employees for thier kindness. Truly great people.

They don’t “open” at 11, that’s just when the employees walk into the building. If you get there at 11:15, the chairs will still be on top of all the tables, and you can forget about ice cream until at least 11:30. As a former retail manager, this is simply poor management and it’s common practice to pay employees to come in a few minutes early to get the branch ready for opening.

The whole shop has an intense strange unpleasant smell. The Oreo cookies in my ice cream are stale and soft.

These people work very hard, and they are often short staffed. I even saw a customer treat them terribly. Their service was fast and excellent, and they were so polite.
