I unfortunately have to share in the sentiment of many other commenters and posters here and say that management really lacks in professionalism and key managerial skills. As other posters noted, management threatened to call the police on us during an otherwise calm interaction involving whether or not someone in our party played a game within the stated rules. It’s a great place for older teen birthday parties and adult work bonding experiences. There’s enough games to make the children feel like children and games for adults to have fun like teenagers. There is also a bar area for adults. Expect it to be loud. So, decide if that’s your scene.
