Came here to enjoy the evening with my young niece and nephew. However, evening was ruined with terrible service at dinner. The 5 year old's food came out, but his 9 year old sister and the rest of us waited close to 45 more minutes. Then everyone, but one of us received the food. At that point, the waiter said, we're out of that item...but then the other waitress said, no we have it and it will come soon. Ten minutes later, after I went and asked about it, the food came out and it was the wrong order...fish and shrimp order without the shrimp. It was so late, we said we didn't want it. The waiter said okay, we won't charge you! As if we were going to pay for it any way. No apologies, nothing. When the bill arrived, the 20% tip was already included in the electronic payment, calling our party of five a large group! I would not have tipped 20%! Come to find out the main waiter for our table was the manager! 😠 The younger lady also serving did apologize and said she was sorry for what happened. Needless to say, a place we had always enjoyed now has a negative connotation and we won't be coming back.

Good place to visit if you like arcades and the prizes cost a reasonable amount of tickets.

One of us ordered a Flatbread and it was delivered to our table about 10 minutes before all other entrees and it was not an appetizer. My pasta dish was not hot. The waitress never checked back with us and the dining area was empty. We wanted to settle our bill so we could get to the games but had to wait another 10 minutes to find her to track her down. One of us left their phone at the table and our waitress did track us down in the gaming area so that was very commendable.

This review is solely for the food. The arcade is fun if you're a child at heart which I very much am.
Now that that's out of the way, the food was terrible. The manager came round and asked but I couldn't bring myself to be the one out of the group to have to call it out. I got the fried fish and it was oversalted, bland and soggy, no crisp at all. My partner got a burger and it looked like one of those microwaveable vegetarian burgers. As soon as I saw the food my heart sank bc the low quality was so overwhelming. It actually made me embarrassed for having choosen to come in. I'll never eat at a D&B ever again.

Waited close to 40 min to get a drink at the bar while the bartenders were just there doing nothing. Seemed like there was only one guy doing actual work while everyone was just there talking. Completely lazy and unprofessional. Ruined the mood for the group I was with. Ended up going somewhere else.

We had a great time at Dave and Busters. Making a reservation was simple and easy with Open Table and we had a pretty large party of 9 people. We started with some games for the kids who played for about an hour in the game room, and then we proceeded to the dining area to be seated for dinner. They had a table reserved for us that would seat 9-10 people, so it was perfect. Service was fast and we had our food very quickly. The food quality was excellent and tasted great. The portions were also a great value.

I’m writing this because my family and I had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived and informed the hostess that we had a reservation we were immediately told that no table could be held for us even though we had booked one. When I asked why the reservation system allowed me to make a reservation if it wouldn’t actually reserve the table for me the hostess responded with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude right in front of my family.

Instead of offering any solution or apology she spoke to me as if I was at fault for expecting a reservation to mean something. She then pointed toward a completely full bar and told us we were welcome to find a seat there which only made us feel more unwelcome and disrespected.

This was an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience for my family. I hope management takes this seriously because honoring reservations and treating guests with basic respect should be standard.

I’m extremely disappointed by the service I received at this Dave & Buster’s location. My wife and I sat at the bar for about 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and we had to ask to be served. The manager, an older white man in a red sweater, and the staff working that day showed zero professionalism or respect.

White customers were greeted, served, and checked on immediately, while we, as Black customers, were ignored and passed over again and again. No one offered water, asked if we needed anything, or checked on our food after we finally placed our order. When it came time to close out, ā€œRobin,ā€ an older white lady, pretended not to know where the cards for open tabs were. We basically had to get upset just to have our check closed, while the manager stood there ignoring the entire situation, acting like he hadn’t taken my card himself.

To be treated like this on Veterans Day, while currently serving this country for nearly 20 years as an active duty serviceman, was beyond unacceptable. No one should be made to feel invisible or disrespected because of the color of their skin. Dave & Buster’s needs to take this seriously and address the clear discrimination and lack of basic respect shown by their staff. I will be escalating this to thier corporate office.

Came in for the Veterans Day meal with my son. Was told to find an open table. Which wasn’t hard, but all booths were messy and dirty so we had to settle for a high top table.

Waited 10 minutes for a server, neither bad or good. But ordered a chicken Alfredo only to be told they were out after we ordered it.

Settled for fish and chips, food was brought to the table with no silverware. Ate with my hands. Because I wasn’t going to wait for my server.

I had a nice server, but overall the service was extremely poor, no bussers, seemed like wait staff was just taking time. I came in early for service when it was not busy in a Tuesday night. Will steer away.

While we greatly appreciate the restaurant being flexible with our large party's arrival (called to extend for 30 minutes), the service and food was poor. Atleast one of our guest never received their food, yet the bill was sent to the table. The waitress was very inattentive, barely checking back on the table. Some guests received their dessert before others even received their entrees.
