The manager Diego and the bartender Eric are incredibly disrespectful and will give you horrible service
Do not go to this location . They will make you pay for things you never ordered.

It's worth the drive! My kids have fun and we have fun ..we usually play some pool while our kids eat and then we join them and spend some family time racking up some points for prizes! They love it! And we enjoy a cocktail or two!

Food: the appetizers are a better option than the entrees. The mixed drinks are good. I would skip the pizza. Even my 4 year old didn't like it.

I was surprised to see so many middle schoolers on a Friday night, but it looks like there was a school trip (first I've heard of) this night. Felt like my date and I were navigating the abyss of pubescent humans. Didn't bug me too much but it definitely took longer to get to certain games and you had to be careful to when walking around since they were energetic and running around.

The food was interesting; I had a BBQ chicken flatbread. The BBQ was a bit overwhelming. My friend and I had some alcohol and the alcohol was super sweet. To top it off, we saw a mice running around haha. I thought I was in Fairfax, not Chicago.

Went to redeem points and the lady at the counter was sooper miserable and rude. Place was not even busy, asked if we can get a bag for the toys we got and gave us an ugly attitude about i dont want to open the bag.
We got toys fron the claw machine and she blamed us for stealing them...not coming back. Very bad experience. Had been coming to this place for 5 yrs. Never again !!

I will never again come to this location the customer service and food is horrible and there is no kind of professionalism at all what so ever. I order baby back ribs that took forever to come out just for them to come out cold and grey ish looking, the fried pickles are salty and the glasses do not look clean at all. The workers even sit at the table with friends eat, drink & watch the game wasn't sure if this was on or off the clock. Then when I reported it to the manger the employees was whispering and gossiping about the situation I reported afterwards.

Went in today, we had a voucher for a free hour of gameplay. Customer service swiped the card and gave it to us, went to swipe the card at a few different machines and it didn’t work. Customer service said the card was deactivated and there was nothing they could do about it. They did not activate another card for us and basically said we were out of luck. Thank you Dave and Busters for the great customer service! We will surely not be going back to the fairfax location!

Service was ok, but 1 starring because there were actual feathers in the chicken wings. Things happen but the manager was absolutely unprofessional. I worked in the service industry for 15 years and even opened the Dave and Busters in Springfield so i understand how mistakes happen. I approached the manager very respectfully with "ma'am, I'm sorry that this is so strange, but there are feathers in my chicken wings" and she was IMMEDIATELY combative "oh we get it that way from the distributor" and throwing excuse after excuse in my face aggressively before she said "so what do you want". The wings were my buddy's, so I brought her over to him in which case she did the same rigamarole and not taking accountability for the fact that DAVE AND BUSTERS SERVED WINGS WITH FEATHERS IN THEM. This totally set my friend off because what manager in any restaurant ever doesn't start off a complaint with a genuine apology "I'm sorry how could we have handled this better" instead of being aggressive and in our faces for us being upset about BEING SERVED CHICKEN WINGS WITH FEATHERS IN THEM. She was continually like "it's not our problem or our fault, we just take the wings and throw them in the fryer" LIKE THEY DON'T INSPECT THE WINGS BEFORE SERVING THEM? THAT IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. WHAT IF A WING IS MOLDY AND SOMEONE GETS SICK. WHAT IF THERE IS A SHELLFISH ALLERGY AND BY SOME WEIRD FREAK OF NATURE A CROSSCONTAMINATION HAPPENS AND SOMEONE EATS A SHRIMP WITH THEIR WINGS AND HAS AN ANAPHALACTIC EPISODE?!

You're serving food to people. These people TRUST YOU WITH THE FOOD THEY ARE PUTTING IN THEIR BODY AND YOU RESPOND LIKE AN INSURANCE AGENT WHO DOESN'T CARE. Terrible management. Will not be returning.

Went to Dave and Busters for the unlimited wing special. Unfortunately, I received FEATHERS on my chicken wings. When the female manager came over, instead of taking accountability for the situation she immediately said “that is how they receive them from the supplier”. Any experienced and respectable manager, who has been in the customer service industry, would immediately ask if they can get you something else. Not fabricate excuses after excuses on why it’s not their restaurant’s fault. I explicitly asked the manager, if their cooks check the food before or after it is prepared, to which she replied “No, that is how it comes from the supplier”. I told her as the distributor of the chicken wings, they should check food quality standards before it’s served to the customer - to which she replied - “we just sell them to the customer, that’s how they come from the supplier”. Absolutely no accountability from management and lack of customer service. All that being said, she still charged me for the wings. I left 20% tip to the server because it is not his fault, he was understanding. His manager should find a new profession, where she is not customer facing.
