One of us ordered a Flatbread and it was delivered to our table about 10 minutes before all other entrees and it was not an appetizer. My pasta dish was not hot. The waitress never checked back with us and the dining area was empty. We wanted to settle our bill so we could get to the games but had to wait another 10 minutes to find her to track her down. One of us left their phone at the table and our waitress did track us down in the gaming area so that was very commendable.

We had a great time at Dave and Busters. Making a reservation was simple and easy with Open Table and we had a pretty large party of 9 people. We started with some games for the kids who played for about an hour in the game room, and then we proceeded to the dining area to be seated for dinner. They had a table reserved for us that would seat 9-10 people, so it was perfect. Service was fast and we had our food very quickly. The food quality was excellent and tasted great. The...

While we greatly appreciate the restaurant being flexible with our large party's arrival (called to extend for 30 minutes), the service and food was poor. Atleast one of our guest never received their food, yet the bill was sent to the table. The waitress was very inattentive, barely checking back on the table. Some guests received their dessert before others even received their entrees.
