My son and I went to this place at around 4:30 AM on 10/25/25 and we left because we did not get our food. Two parties of two came AFTER us and they got their food BEFORE us. One of the table almost finished their food and we did not get ours yet. The server and kitchen appears to know these people so we just left after waiting more than 30 minutes without our food. We usually go to this Denny but I think we should change to iHOP or Silver Diner from now on.

I did not like the service at this Denny’s at all the service was slow, even though the place was not crowded. Secondly, when the food came, it was awful. It came to me cold when it should’ve been hot so no as a matter, fact, I taste the food and told them no I can’t do it. I can’t eat this food and so therefore, I had him to take it back and I did not want them to do a do over. I only paid for my drinkand left.

This Saturday night our littlest wanted Dennys to celebrate a soccer win, Jayden and his manager/dad made sure my kids felt like they won the world cup. Food was right the first time and service to match! Thanks guys

You do have GF items on your menu, so train your waitpersons accordingly. I don't know why you got rid of the GF English muffin and the GF pancakes, as they were one of the only reasons I stopped at Denny's. The remaining GF items on your menu can be obtained anywhere.
