The interior/ first impression: Coming into dessert story for the first time, It was super cool! The place was nicely decorated with wooden furniture and had nice and cozy feel. The only thing negative I must say about the place is the little to no space they provide. What really branch me here though was obviously the dessert the provided. The dessert: All of the things we ordered were so affordable and for its price, we got a huge serving of shaved ice ( which is a plus )!! I went with a group of people and we ordered the mango sno, strawberry sno, and Thai boba tea. Starting with mango sno, it was SUPER delicious. I definitely recommend this flavor in particular as it didn't taste straight up artificial. The sno was super cold which was refreshing and was the right amount of sweetness. In the mango sno we ordered, there were also cut up mango, mango like bubbles, boba, etc. which complimented and gave a nice taste to the dish. The strawberry sno was also super delicious but was more on the artificial side. As for the mango, the complimentary dessert items including the boba, etc. went with the star berry sno but strawberry flavored! I would definitely recommend coming here and I look forward to coming here again! Price: Affordable Chefs/staff: Polite!

Nice ambience and super quiet and cozy. I think this would be a good place to do homework or hangout with friends. I ordered the Taro Sno when I came here and it was really good! I'm a big fan of boba and mochi and these were in the Taro Sno. The employees here are nice and greet you when you walk in. I'll be coming back!

Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Their delicious desserts go very well with their wide selection of coffees/teas. Recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Pretty good, but not a place I'd go out of my way for. (Simply convenient after a Bonchon meal. :) I may have to try more than the Strawberry Sno to make the final decision though. We ordered the Strawberry Sno. Pleasantly surprised to find that the shaved ice was soft - similar to Taiwanese shaved ice. Not exactly like Seolbing, but close enough for here. It was topped with popping bubbles, condensed milk, frozen strawberries, and a palmier. Sweet but not extremely sweet. I liked that, but wasn't a fan of the artificial strawberry taste from the shaved ice. Hold onto your Bonchon receipt to get 10% off your order here. You'll like having a sweet dessert after a hearty meal of chicken. TLDR; The shaved ice was okay; you don't have to go out of your way to come here.

I loved bubble tea and the ambiance in here is quiet and relaxing. If you’re killing time or just catching up with friends definitely try this place. They have board games for everyone and must try their bubble tea and desert as well. Great customer service.

Great cafe to enjoy Asian style desserts and treats! Offer a nice variety of light shaved ice creams to decadent waffles with sweet toppings. Also have an assortment of coffees and bubble teas. Perfect for a middle of the day treat or grabbing a fun dessert after dinner. Try one of the other restaurants near by for dinner and make it a nice evening by ending your night with a treat here!

Super surprised by the taro ice! I've never had shave ice and condensed milk like this before and I'm hooked. The pictures don't do it justice as this bowl is HUGE. Definitely shareable with a group! Toppings include boba, ice cream, red beans (small extra charge), and mochi. If you love Korean bingsu style desserts this is the place to go! Good amount of seating for groups and free parking is a plus.

Super friendly Indian lady accommodated my kids' custom drink orders while we played with the shop's Jenga and Battleship sets. Recommend.

This was my second visit to this place, this time I decided to try the strawberry waffle. I wasn't that impressed with it. I saw the waitress grab a premade waffle from behind the counter, instead of making a fresh one, so it wasn't warm and not sure if it was made on site. They used frozen strawberries and not fresh ones and they only have vanilla ice cream, so not able to substitute it. I decided not to have the Nutella on mine. So although presentation was good, the taste was just soo soo. The waffle itself was not too sweet, which was a good thing. New staff were being trained at the time, so not sure if this place is under new management, it was really busy last time I came, and this time on a Saturday at around 5pm it was dead.

This is a beautiful and fun Asian-style dessert cafe in Fairfax. The portions are big which just meant that I shared and it worked out really well. They share a wall with Bonchon, so I imagine a lot of customers come here for dessert. They have great waffles, and the snow was excellent and refreshing too. Would come back!

I ordered bubble tea from here, the bubbles are a bit over cooked and too sweet for my liking - you might as well go to Gemtea or kung fu tea. Drinking my boba, I overheard a tense discussion between the cashier who served me and I assume was the boss or manager. Poor thing! Their management is rude but the employees have the best customer service, the cashier was very polite and I even tipped her a couple bucks. I could tell it was about wasting money or something along the lines of giving discounts to people, even though I saw a Kirkland Signature milk carton on the counter. The management could improve on treating the employees nicer, since this is the third time i've eaten here and all three times, they were scolding employees that seem to be high schoolers and college students. Management sucks, food is alright, employees are angels.

Had dinner in bonchon and wanted to try dessert which is just next to it. Went in to order some and realized they were about to close for the day because it's 10 minutes before 11 P.m. All the customers were leaving while I was entering the place, despite the thing, I wanna order taro, and Mia was pondering with coworkers, I believe whether to make it or not LOL because they were running out of time. Another lady came and said, they can't serve in a big bowl because they are closing. The portion looks huge in that bowl. In the mean time I ask them if I could Togo instead. They were agreed to do so. I got taro in three different cups tho it doesn't look fancy but it was delicious. Giving you guys 5 stars because of your willingness to make me and my friend happy. lol Thank you guys!

Your typical Asian dessert place. We got the coffee sno, which came with toppings of corn flakes and mochi and an espresso shot on the side. The dessert itself was a little too sweet, but otherwise tasty. However, for its price of $10+ dollars, I don't know if it was worth it.
