Went and ate at this restaurant the other day with my mom. The staff are so pleasant and very helpful. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, bathrooms on the premises, very clean establishment. Food was amazing!

Went in and ordered what I thought was 3 tacos with steak and guacamole and a steak bowl with guacamole. Turned out not only do you have to oder your food it also have to make sure you use the order menu correctly. Not easy to understand!!!! I went to get the answer why they all didn't have steak on them and the bowl didn't have any meat. Employee says let me show you the correct way to use it. They fixed the problem after I bought 7 dollars more just meat nothing else. Then put it all on my food I brought back and slapped it together on the pickup counter where everyone was hanging out and not at the food counter. Never wrapped my food back up and my food I already had was cold by now. Nasty.

The food was terrible. Everything was so old. The workers didn’t even bother changing anything. The only thing they changed was the beans and that’s only because nothing was left. I got really bad stomachache after eating the burrito.

I do not know why restaurants need to blare music so loud and play awful music. First time here…will be my last. The acoustics are awful. When I asked if the music could be turned down, I was told that they had no control over the volume. I should have asked for take-out where I could enjoy some peace and quiet in the silence of my car. People can’t even have a decent conversation because the music is too loud.
Honestly horrible tacos , everything seems and tasted like it was prepared couple of days ago nothing tasted fresh even the lettuce! The tortillas were old too ... just don't bottle and go somewhere else

Been a devoted customer for years. I was a little disappointed by the recent changes in the rewards program, the loss of Boyelan soda, skyrocketing prices (not really their fault thanks Biden), and a slight decline is the food quality.I’ll still be back. The queso is on point.

This place conflicts me. On one hand, my experience was fantastic. I ordered at a kiosk, my order was called, I had really good chips and a burrito. I didn’t really have to deal with any service at all. But the prices feel really out there. If you’re fine paying for it I guess this place is good. But for me I just felt a little ripped off at the end.
