Ordered a pizza and breadsticks at 726 PM. I didn’t get it until 9:06 PM, after having to call the store to see what was going on. The app said the pizza was finished at 741 PM and the status was stuck in the quality review stage for a long time. The manager did apologize and called the driver. The pizza itself was OK, though they messed up the order. I won’t order delivery from this store again.

⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Disrespectful Service at This Domino’s Location
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever today at this Domino’s location. I placed an order for the $9.99 offer pizza and even paid extra for additional chicken toppings. When I arrived to pick up my order, I politely asked the staff to confirm if the extra chicken was included.
What I got in return was not just a dismissive attitude — but straight-up rudeness and hostility from both workers on duty. Their tone was condescending and arrogant as if I was bothering them for simply asking a valid question about my own order.
I wasn’t the only one mistreated — another customer standing right beside me asked something similar and left visibly disappointed. These employees didn’t just fail at basic customer service — they acted like customers were an inconvenience to them.
Unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely out of line. If Domino’s doesn’t want to lose loyal customers, they need to retrain or remove staff like this who clearly don’t care about courtesy, respect, or customer satisfaction. You don’t get paid to treat people like trash.
Until changes are made, I’m done ordering from this place.

I made an order for delivery this Wednesday, I put clear requirements which is no black olives on the pizza but they still put a lot of it on the pizza, I called the store for refunds they asked me for last 4 digits of my card and I provided to them. I called again today for checking the status of the refund, they keep saying the card number is different from what are saved in the system, but I checked my online banking the charge for the order is already posted on my account, garbage customer services, I will never choose to order any food from here.

To my disappointment, the slicer used to cut my pizza was visibly unclean and had been used previously to cut pepperoni. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering vegetarian food. I raised the issue with a staff member who said his name was Faheem (though I’m not sure if that’s accurate), and he told me I should have mentioned my preference when placing the order. That’s just not acceptable using clean tools should be a basic standard. I’m going to trash the pizza and won’t be visiting this location again.

Easily the most inconsistent Domino’s in the area. I honestly don’t know how they’re still open with so many bad reviews. The pizza is never made right, no matter how many chances you give them. And to make it worse, they charge $4.99 for delivery—completely unjustified for the quality you get. Don’t expect any help if you call either—the staff is indifferent and unhelpful. Would not recommend!!!

Now dominos who admitted to me, says no more blue cheese as of 2 days ago and nothing states that when you order through uber eats. Also the buffalo sauce is barely on the wings some are plain they use so little. They said dominos has decreased the buffalo sauce allowed on wings and now you have to pay extra for blue cheese. I can't even eat the wings now. Waste of money and time. Since they want to cut back on standards I'll never order from dominos again.

Tammanya, however you spell her name, the delivery driver at this location is a very unprofessional worker and a liar. She called me informing me she was outside my apartment complex and I said, “okay, there’s delivery instructions on where to bring the food” she proceeds to say she doesn’t see any instructions and she can’t come inside to deliver because she has other people’s orders to deliver as well, as if that had anything to do with me. I made sure to take my tip back and I’m leaving a review because the manager couldn’t even offer any type of proper correction for this, only informing me that the delivery drivers are supposed to go inside apartment buildings as well, which I already knew. To make it worse, the food is so rushed, the cinnamon bread twists has little to no sugar, must be a shortage at this location. Also, the pizza was cold and tastes old. Won’t be ordering for this dominos again unless they change the entire staff.
