Domino's has earned its horrific reputation of bad service, poor quality in badly made pizzas. The Pan pizza is the only option to get a decent pizza from Domino's. It's handmade, fresh, and flavorful

First of all, the driver arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled, and instead of apologizing, he was rude and arrogant. I have never seen such an impolite and ill-mannered delivery driver in my life.
Secondly, the pizza was cold, and even the edges were burnt. I have never had such a bad experience before, but because of this, I will no longer order from Domino's Pizza.

The delivery guy showed up to the hospital then he called and said that they don’t come in so I had to go out to get the pizza when I got out the pizza was in his trunk. Then we got well done the pizza was no where near will done the cheese wasn’t even melted and the pizza was ice cold. They are only 2.0 miles away so no excuses I even tried to call to tell them but they left me on hold for 30 minutes. Pretty sad

Pizza was over an hour and a half late, we called them twice during the process, the first time they said they talked to their manager to make it right then on the second call they said they didn’t have a manager, so they lied to us at least once.

The WORST pizza chain store! After waiting over 1.5 hours for our pizza (we live less than 10 min away), we called the store to see where our order was. They said it was 5 mins away to be delivered. While we waited, we requested to have a refund since they took so long to deliver our pizza that would have been freezing cold by now. The app said the food was delivered. We walked outside and the food was NEVER delivered!! This place is ran by sketchy ass people!! AVOID this place at all cost!!

This is the final time I’m ever ordering from there because I found a thick black piece of HAIR in my food! I called to let them know and the female worker said “hold on” then hung up on me. Called back and spoke to someone else, said they’d remake it - I asked if they could send my order to another restaurant - said no & didn’t know how long it would take. Unprofessional, disgusting, and nasty! Order from another Domino’s location! Save yourself the sick feeling and headaches. Read the other reviews!
Cold food at arrival. Spent 50 dollars and the food was not edible. Order was over 1 hour and 30 minutes. I left a 20 percent tip for the driver to get a cold food, not acceptable. So disgusting with Dominos. Terrible part of the management team. Never going to order from Dominos again. Lost a customer.

I typically only order delivery from here. I’ve never had a great experience but it’s been tolerable. The app usually says 45-55 minutes for delivery and I’ve never had it come within an hour. Last night after the app said it had been delivered and I didn’t have my food, I called the store. I was told it was a glitch and the order would be there soon. Another 30 minutes passed and still no food so I called back. I had a very difficult time getting anyone on the phone. I sat on hold for several minutes and tried again, 4 more times. Once I called from a different phone my call was taken and the man on the other end cut me off and talked over me the whole time. When I told him to stop interrupting me, he hung up on me. We did finally get our food but 90+ minutes later and it was cold. I called to ask to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one working and they don’t know when one will be in and everyone I had just dealt with all clocked out already….

Could not have been more disgusting. Definitely the worst Dominos pizza in 25 years of Dominos pizzas in dozens of locations all over the area.
Quality control is non-existent. Pizza was dry and overcooked with almost no sauce, very little cheese, bubbles everywhere, and barely enough stale beef topping to cover the pizza. It was unimaginably gross and make me physically sick. I suspect there are hygiene issues with this place.
Service was shockingly poor--rude and unfriendly.
This used to be a decent location. Not sure what happened, but it's gone completely south. As it is, wouldn't eat another pizza from this location even if they were literally giving them away.

Today order a sandwich to try it for the first time, steak and cheese. First the boy's service a disaster, come home hungry and wanting to try the sandwich, however, it was just bread with 2 mushrooms and almost no meat, the cheese did not feel, It is a shame that such a world-renowned place offers such bad service in some branches, they should better train their staff. It seems like a robbery to pay that price for a piece of bread with just 3 pieces of meat.
