This place has a neat, made to order donut selection. I loved the donut. It was hot and fresh. I just COULD NOT get over how dirty the whole place felt. The bathrooms were not kept, white sinks clearly not clean and no hand soap in either of the bathrooms. So what is the employee washing their hands with!? Please clean this place up. I’m not being rude. I’m being honest.

Did an online pick up, but when I arrived at the store they were out of several toppings and drizzles. One of the toppings was my kids favorite and the reason we drove an hour to come for their birthday. I wish I would have made me aware on the website that they were out because I would have chosen a different location.

I placed an order for a 10:45am pickup the night before - so I could be on time for an event close by - and I'm still waiting at 11am for the order that was never made. There's 1 singular employee working on a Saturday morning, I feel so bad for her. No idea where management is 🙄
Edit: Got my order at 11:15, THIRTY minutes after the scheduled pickup time. AND the order wasnt even correct. This is supposed to be the Christmas Cookie Dozen. Ridiculous.

If you are going to eat donuts and spike your sugar level, this is absolutely the place to do it. haha Duck Donuts makes everything fresh to order, so your donut comes out warm, soft, and dangerously good the second it hits your hands.
My favorite is maple bacon donut--of course. I mean, who doesn't love that sweet-and-salty combo? The warm cake donut, the maple icing, the crunchy bacon on top... it just works every single time.
I also love that you can customize your donut however you want, pick your icing toppings, and drizzles and create your own sugar adventure. It's more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down cafe, but honestly, once you get that warm donut, you won't want to wait anyway. This location has plenty of seating, so you can relax and enjoy your treats with friends and family. I love bringing my nephews and nieces, and they love it!
If you are craving something fresh, fun, and warm enough to melt your willpower, Duck Donuts is the place.
