Been going to Duck Donuts on Sundays for the past few weeks. The staff is great! Friendly, quick, and diligent. The donuts are creative and delicious.Would definitely recommend!

Staff was friendly and quick, and the donut flavor tasted fresh and nonartificial…but the coffee didn’t taste strong and was barely lukewarm, if that. I was also disappointed in the size of the donut, in my mind, and in the pictures I saw they were bigger or more full.It was about 11am, so if it was time to change the coffee and refresh the pot (I saw the worker change it right after giving me mine) i would’ve much rather had them ask me to wait a few minutes for fresh and hot coffee than to get stale and lukewarm coffee.
This place is amazing. All the donuts are made to order right there and you just wait a little bit and you have something delicious to enjoy at any time definitely one of the best.?
Man do I just love duck donuts! I mean twice in 1 week speaks volume lol the donuts served warm melt in your mouth. They have a different flavor for every taste you have in mind. The service is always pleasant even when they have that afternoon rush. If you haven't had a duck donut before I highly recommend. Do a search to your nearest they are all over the dmv.

Terrible online ordering system and you can’t get a refund from the store. Apparently the store owner can only process them…..they will not call you if anything is wrong with your order. Poor customer service. Pick another place. There are plenty in their area that have great donuts.

First time try and it was absolutely delicious! Got a chocolate covered strawberry and a blueberry glazed donut. The donut was warm and moist on the inside and it was went perfectly with the glaze. Would definitely come back! Service was excellent as well!

If you're going to be closed till 9:30 fix that on Uber eats came to pick up and there's a sign there and I see a employee in there looking at me with an attitude waving me off and pointing to the sign. Instead of being mad why don't you come out and explain why you're closed especially when you're accepting orders online, the order was already placed and google says your open. I've never had a bad experience at this location but that individual needs to be trained in customer service.
The donut was good. However the espresso is awful. Normaal coffee is stronger. Waste of money.
