We got into the store and no one came to the front after saying hello for at least 5 minutes. Worker didn't put in the order till after making a drink, so I had to repeat the order 3 times. The sweet tea I ordered wasn't sweet. Doughnuts we're dry. The whole order being placed and made took 20 minutes and there was no one in the store but us. Ridiculous.

Went in for 2 coffee’s and waited about 25 minutes..only had one employee working. Whoever the manager is definitely needs to be fired letting one guy work there alone on a Saturday morning.

i used to love this place, but recently they are messing up with my online orders its not 1st time, every time i order donuts online they said either they dont have those donuts and asked us to pick watever they have left over, or they said they said they didnt get the order[meanwhile they do get the other part of the same order].And this didnt stop here they do messed up with my other order .. i am really disappointed.
There was an employee named Kareem who was very disrespectful, making our food very slowly (seemingly on purpose) and also had the nerve to say very mean things about both of my twin toddlers (2 years old ). Despite all this, the donuts were good so I guess that’s something, although I could still taste the aftertaste of the wd-40 from the factory machines where they were made. Highly unsatisfactory experience 1/5

Awesome, friendly service from Abe today! We were greeted upon entering with a smile. He helped my son with our last fe donut selections and recommended a drink for him. The donuts were good too!

God awful service. They once had no donuts and I made a comment "Dunkin donuts, more like just Dunkin" and a lady behind the counter gave me a stank eye and said "Actually we renamed it Dunkin about 5 years ago. How is a donut store not going to have donuts? The place is literally an up-cycled garage, and if you order a drink, it will take 2 business days to come out. The donuts are stale and usually have flies on them. Would not recommend. Go to the University Mall location just 10 minutes awayZ
