Additionally, your staff needs more training by welcoming customers when taking their order. The staff at the register didn’t even bother saying hi or attempt to say “what can I get for you”. Basic customer interaction and courtesy were completely missing, which suggests a clear need for better staff training.

Mixed review. I got the $6 Meal Deal, which includes a bacon and egg croissant sandwich, hash brown and medium coffee. The sandwich was good but the hash brown burned and hard, tasteless, more like stale. As if it had been there a while and just heated. The cofee was overfilled that I had to dump some off before taking it with me. The coffee wasn't fresh. It also tasted as if it had been there a while.
I'm unsure if ownership has changed but I've been coming here from time to time for the past several years, the service is different and the first time I've had food that is stale.
There was a manager actually someone there without uniform who was dealing with a contractor observing areas that needed to be worked on, and this guy who I now I think is the owner because he was the only one without uniform who was going back and forth at the back of the counter to attend customers and the contractor who was insepcting some of the areas that needed work in front of the counter. The table I sat was dirty and so decided to take my meal to go and so did not dine in.
What I noticed as new and was positively impressed is that there was new furniture in an area that previously had tables and chairs was now reconfigured replaced with colorful couch and chai. This gave more of a lounge feel and high counter seating that face outward into the street. I liked this new reconfiguration. It gives it a more modern look. I think the food, service needs improvement or as it were before. Keep the areas tidy.

We frequent this location often, probably twice a month and typically use mobile ordering with very few issues. Today, I’m furious they refused to refund my mobile purchase even though they were sold out of what I ordered(10 munchkins and they were sold out of the flavors we chose). Instead, insisted I take 2 donuts instead. The munchkins were $6 and 2 donuts are $3.80. That is not the same and the principle of it is unethical. Feels like stealing. If you’re sold out of something, make it right. DD chat is down too so I have no way of resolving this directly, which is why I’m ranting on the interwebs.

Manager/Owner berates staff in front of guests & other employees
Employee in question confronted me about a prior written complaint in front of other people and employees.
She was very dismissive and without hair restraint while working with food! She began talking about me to the other employees and when asked she was arrogant and dismissive.
I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE! She does not need to work in customer service where she is interacting with the public.
This location was horrible!! Bad service and facility. Usually at Dunkin you'll smell coffee or donuts. But right when you walk in it smells like Indian spices. The donuts tasted stale like it's been sitting there since yesterday or a few days. The bathroom was so dirty I saw a cockroach in it and that just completely ruined my appetite. And the guy at the counter was extremely rude too. We were trying to place an order but we couldn't understand his accent so he got frustrated and started yelling at us.

I called if they have nitro cold brew coffee he said yes they have but when I get there I don’t see the nitro tap machine so I asked him again about it he said they have it. So I get my cold brew coffee but no nitro at all . He lied about it intentionally but I’m not going there anymore .
