Dishonest person that work there . I called if they have nitro cold brew coffee he said yes they have but when I get there I don’t see the nitro tap machine so I asked him again about it he said they have it. So I get my cold brew coffee but no nitro at all . He lied about it intentionally but I’m not going there anymore .

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin consistently for the last couple of months. Every time I come, I get the same order, and the associate nails it everytime. Don’t know his name, but he’s always the same person that’s consistently there. Thank you for my ice coffee (that’s slightly extra)!!

Horrible customer service! The staff was incredibly rude. Purchased a 1/2 dozen donuts and they were stale first thing on a Sunday morning. Don't waste your time or money visiting this location! Drive the extra mile to Fairfax Circle or Oakton for fresh donuts and good customer service!

This place used to be really good but has gone downhill since they’ve got new staff and I would never go back because they try to charge you for every little thing they don’t care about having good service. They just care about taking your money and how much money they can get from you please don’t go there

Worst dunking donuts i got there around 8:24 pm and the closing time is 9 pm and they said we cannot make the sandwiches at this time at the time they suppose to do it 30 min before closing time! Not recommended!
