This is the slowest location I have ever been too it takes 25 mins to get your order if you order anything other than donuts and the AC has been broken for over a month it is always so hot in there. Go elsewhere

Worse dunkin I’ve ever been too. Literally save your money and go somewhere else. It stunk as soon as I got in there. I ordered a donut through the app and when I got inside they told me they didn’t have any donuts at all but they couldn’t refund me cause the manager wasn’t there. The drink I ordered didn’t taste good like it normally does and so I asked for more pumps of syrup and the girl working there said I would have to pay extra and had no customer service etiquette considering I just paid for something I wasn’t able to get. Mind you I had to wait 10 mins for them to tell me there’s no donuts and for a drink that was nasty even though the store was empty.

You have to push that door really hard to get it open or it feels like it's locked. If it's raining walk in slowly because the floor can be slippery; I almost fell.

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would ! I placed an order for pick up and my husband sat inside waiting for over 20 minutes for our food just for the guy to have a crap attitude and say “we aren’t making any food today”. He also did not have our donuts ready and didn’t offer any sort of refund for half the items we couldn’t even get ! We lost out on money and rewards points. Do better

Possible manager or owner was very disrespectful to her employee. He came in apologizing for being late and she decides to degrade him by sarcastically speaking in (broken)Spanish which is not a good look.

"Necessito communicado" after he explains there was an accident and offers to show proof, she says "no necesito" with a grin on her face like she’s on some power trip. You expect him to text and drive?

You can tell other customers were also confused and the poor guy was very respectful and had a valid reason. I worked in environments like this myself and that type of energy is off. No need to come off as a bully infront of customers especially.

Not to mention, they didn’t have anything we ordered but that’s not a big deal bc they made up for it.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax County. I will give them this accolade though: I have never encountered a chain coffee shop come up with so many creative ways to get your order wrong. Save your soul and your sanity by heading to Gathering Grounds next door.
