Several times I have gone here, no one has been in line and no one was behind the counter. The workers were doing random tasks around the store. I stand there for several minutes, sometimes I order and sometimes I just walk out. I don’t understand why they don’t always have someone ready to take orders in a reasonable amount of time and often the workers are just hanging around the store.

I went yesterday aug 26. The cashier is so rude a young lady. I want to pay and she didn’t pay attention. I order food she make wrong drinks for me . And 1 drink she put on counter and the rest different places and told me u have to pick from these places. Horrible experience never going back to this location again because of terrible customer service.

I guess that'll be my last visit to this location. Why do y'all always have to screw it up?

ordered a latte and got a cold brew. the “manager” didn’t even know how to use the ordering machine. took 20 minutes for two drinks and a donut because they forgot about it. they prioritize their mobile orders, so if you want quick service.. order online.

I give this location an overall 5 Stars because I keep coming back 😅 The staff are friendly and I often don't have to wait long for my order (which I usually place via mobile).

The food is what you expect, and the atmosphere is every other Dunkin', and sometimes the staff are very busy so in-store orders can take some time to be served (due to so many online orders), but I shop here very often and have no significant complaints.

I stopped by for ice cream. After I got over they didn't have chocolate and peanut butter, I went with chocolate. It didn't disappoint, the waffle bowl was ok but I've had better.

Dunkin’ Donuts serves up delicious treats with a wide array of flavors to satisfy any craving. Kids especially adore the sprinkle-topped donuts—the colorful crunch adds extra fun. And chocolate lovers can’t miss the star-shaped donuts filled with buttercream and smothered in chocolate icing, perfect for a sweet celebration!

I ordered a large iced coffee, it was filled to the top with ice and the cup still wasn't filled to the top with coffee, I got abt 3 or 4 sips and it was gone, I should have just gotten a small, they cheated me out of my coffee

My husband and I have been to this location many times, the service is usually mediocre but the food is always good. Tonight, we made an online order at 9pm for a sandwich, a few donuts, some snackin bacon, and two sweet teas. Once we got to dunkin to pick up our food, we were told they “could not make the sandwich.” My husband then asked if that was due to them not having any bagels, the cashier (who’s AirPod also fell into our donut box) then responded “we can’t make the sandwich.” There were clearly croissants in the baskets that could have been use if the lack of bagels was the problem. He then offered us 4 donuts instead of the sandwich, which is fine, but a reason for not receiving a sandwich would have been nice. Then as for our iced teas, they were completely watered down. My husband then asked about the teas, and the cashier stated “well that’s all we’ve got.” Lastly, the snackin bacon was cold and soggy, as if they didn’t even bother putting it in the oven. We both have worked in the service industry for many years, and understand that sometimes towards the end of closing you make not “feel” like making something or even have the supplies to do so. But the rudeness and laziness of the cashier, was unacceptable.
