Saw the opening activity and the came here for the brand but received Very rude service from both the server and the manager. When asking about the promotion, there is minimal explanation and afterwards, the server simply got agitated and the manager and the server kept repeating the same thing not allowing me to say anything. Will not repeat.

I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwich for pick-up. When i got home and opened the sandwich, it was all burnt with two big holes. I had to drive all the way back to the store to ask for another sandwich. When I got there and explained that the bread was burnt, the worker there started giving me an attitude and argued with me saying that that is how it is when it comes out of the oven when all she had to do is say I'm sorry and give me a new sandwich. I just told her to kindly give me a new sandwich and she kept on giving me a smart ass attitude. She finally gave me a new sandwich but slammed the sandwich on the counter. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've bern to. Never going to this place again. Would you eat the sandwich in the photo?

Very Rude Staff !!! They were offended just because I asked them to toast the croissant.

Ordered 2 iced coffees for pickup and a lovely South asian gentleman employee had them in to-go cardboard cupholders, ready to walk them out to my car - I hadn't even requested this! That was so very kind of him. Thank you so much. The coffee itself is nothing to write home about, but it's convenient, and they're quick. Never tried the donuts here. The inside has very few seats, so it's best to pick up and go.

Parking: There's a few parking spots right infront of the store but lots of parking spots off to the side, by Mod pizza.

John has horrible customer service skills! He was very rude to all the customers and the other employee that was working there during my visit. We told him that our coffee didn’t taste fresh. He argued with us and had an attitude when we requested a refund. He denied us a refund and was mad when we asked him to remake our drinks. The cold brew tasted like it was old, like it just been sitting in the refrigerator for days. I feel like this completely unacceptable.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After requesting our cold brew coffee be remade as it tasted old and bitter and was mostly milk, the employee named John argued with us and yelled as he finally remade the coffee. He also refused to give a refund when we initially requested it as we were tired of going back and forth with him for a remake. Customers should not be treated like this, we were kind and polite. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Drinks are always great but the clerk got frustrated when there was confusion that left something off the order and reordering it frustrated the clerk an extra amount. Tensions were thick.

I go to all the Dunkin stores in the area, and this is my favorite! Melanie is always a joy to see at the start of my day! She's always so patient with people when things don't go right! She's a gem, and it shows in how great her and her staff are! Best Dunkin in NoVA!

What a WORST experience I had today at this store. Oh My God! I have not seen any rude customer service in my life like this. I visit this store daily and spend around 6$ for my breakfast Coffee and Bagel with Cream cheese. Today I see that Lady first time in the register and the way she treated me is a very worst customer experience anyone would have had. Asked for the Bagel to be sandwiched with creme chese which they have been doing all these years. she suddenly refused to give like that I need to apply outside. I politely said thats how they do daily thinking this is customer friendly store. She immediately jumped on me and said This is my store and you have go by what I say. I never expected such a rude response. I am sure she will just be MANAGER not the owner. If she continues here, no doubt this store will be in bad shape forever. I cancelled my order and went to the other store to get my coffee. What a worst experience I had. I will NEVER go again. It was my closest shop and now I will go another store if it is far. Will NEVER recommend this store to anyone
