What a WORST experience I had today at this store. Oh My God! I have not seen any rude customer service in my life like this. I visit this store daily and spend around 6$ for my breakfast Coffee and Bagel with Cream cheese. Today I see that Lady first time in the register and the way she treated me is a very worst customer experience anyone would have had. Asked for the Bagel to be sandwiched with creme chese which they have been doing all these years. she suddenly refused to give like that I need to apply outside. I politely said thats how they do daily thinking this is customer friendly store. She immediately jumped on me and said This is my store and you have go by what I say. I never expected such a rude response. I am sure she will just be MANAGER not the owner. If she continues here, no doubt this store will be in bad shape forever. I cancelled my order and went to the other store to get my coffee. What a worst experience I had. I will NEVER go again. It was my closest shop and now I will go another store if it is far. Will NEVER recommend this store to anyone

Our experience sucked. Awful customer service from one of the workers. She was yelling at us and her coworker (Penny- who was new to the job and very tolerant of this woman yelling and bumping into her). She got our order wrong and argued with us about it- never fixing one of the drinks, forgot to make two of our drinks, blaming every mistake on Penny. My drink was not good.

Delia is extremely rude. She doesn’t train you and then when you ask a question she gets unbearably rude! So then when you try to do it without asking her and make a mistake she says to just ask her. She will completely embarrass customers and employees without a second thought.

Everytime I come here, the service is always amazing, the coffee is always good and the bagels are always delicious. It's always very clean.

Don't go here! Consistently bad service. At my last visit, they took over 20 minutes to do my order, gave me the wrong thing twice, didn't cook some of the food (cold, unheated eggs, meat and cheese in sandwiches) and charged me for things I didn't get. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Dunkin nearby (there are several). No thank you!

I understand working alone is hard and stressful, so I have ignored one of the workers' behaviors towards me before, but it has happened too many times now. The guy working there constantly rolled his eyes or grunted when I ordered something or took something out as it didn't go with the deal I was trying to get and snapped back with an attitude about something I said incorrectly. Normally I wouldn't write a review because I get customers can be annoying and I don't know if something happened before to make him act the way he did but having it happen multiple times makes me think it's something he needs to work on.

They messed up my order and they don't say the order number. These people can't run a restaurant for their lives and the manager can barely train her employees they way they mess up orders.

The manager here in the morning shift is horrible. I was just paying a visit and the 2 young employees were very nice and attentive, however the manager was screaming so much to them which I felt was incredibly inappropriate for a leader position and was also screaming to any customer who "dared" to say something about their order.

I don't expect much from a fast food donut shop', but this was by far the WORST experience i've had. The manager was extremely rude to not only the customers, but the employees too - spewing insults left and right for simple mistakes, or for taking more than 2 seconds to do something. As for my order, I waited over 30 mins for a 25 ct of munchkins, which there were 3 OTHER PEOPLE in the store. Overall, I was shocked at how poorly the store is run & how the manager treats their employees. Highly recommend going to the Fairfax location if you're looking for a store nearby.

Would give minus if I could. The lady manager was horrible and very rude. Not surprised to see so many negative reviews because of this woman. I ordered via app (one box o’ joe and 2 boxes of dozen - but there was sth wrong with the app it only charged me for the coffee - I checked out anyways thinking I would pay for the doughnuts at the shop). When I arrived I told one of the staff my order number, and then she went to the manager and this lady manager came out looking pissed. I showed her my screen and was about to ask about the bill, when she pulled my phone out of my hand and said you see “ZEROOO!!” and acted like it was my fault. I stayed calm and told her I want the doughnuts so I will pay here. She then half yelled at me (pressuring me to hurry and tell her what doughnuts I want (in a very rude manner)). When she’s done she took off her glove and ‘threw’ it on the counter. I asked politely if I could get the coffee cups and the creamer as well. She said it’s already in the bag. I went out to my car and I looked quickly inside the bag and only saw the creamer (they were in clear plastic bag) but didn’t see the cups (they were in the white dunkin’ donut bag so I didn’t see them). I went back i side and asked one of the staff (a very polite man who looked very scared of the lady manager) if I could get cups. He went to the back, and yes the lady manager came out, looking as angry as ever, then she came out from behind the counter and told me “I’ll show you” and went to my car. I opened my car, she went for the doughnut bag, grabbed the small bag inside, and ‘ripped’ it open to show me that the cups were in there. So rude. Totally unacceptable.
