Already closed!!
Pretty good, open late, and never too packed. The service was quick, too
Wouldn't give me a cup of water after I bought a sandwich ....stingy and poor customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
This is my friendly local Einstein Bros, and the staff here make this a really good location. I always get my mocha and bagel here in the morning.

The lady behind the counter held an order in her hand and called out the name of an order with meat on it. No one responded. Then, she asked me what I ordered. I reminded her of my vegetarian order. She smiled and told me that she had my vegetarian order, despite having called out an order with meat in it just beforehand with the same order in her hand. The order ended up having meat in it. I thought she had the order name wrong but discovered the meat (that couldn't be seen without pulling apart the order) by biting into it.So, the lady behind the counter likely knew the order had bacon in it and still assured me the order was correct when I told her what I had ordered.Less importantly, one of the coffee carafes was empty, limiting coffee options to one kind of coffee as well. I understand that it may have been busy earlier, so the coffee issue made sense. But handing me a meat sandwich and correcting herself by falsely calling it vegetarian after she asked me to repeat what I had ordered was not great.
Vegetarian options: The lady behind the counter knowingly gave me a meat sandwich and told me it was vegetarian, likely to avoid having to make the correct order at the time.

The phone number listed is mine, not theirs. I've asked them to fix it, but they refused. People have called me almost every day for years, so they must be losing a lot of business $$$. Even suppliers call sometimes!

normal bagel&shmear : good, yummyegg sandwich: small and pre-made. worse than I expected.
Understaffed and extremely slow
Their Bagels are awesome, but they are very pricey at near $10 per bagel, loaded of course. It looks like they are removing seating and trying to become a pickup and delivery only outfit, and I resent that since I enjoy eating out. I hope management will reconsider their decision.
The hispanic blond-haired “manager” is rude! We came all the way to this branch cause it was the only branch to that closes at 5, according to google.. she was like no times change in summer and was closing the door while talking. Apparently they close at 3 pm and we arrived at 3:10 pm and still didnt want to serve us!
awful service, lady is rude, forgets everything and doesnt train their staff well
