Sadly, Elevation Burger in Fair City Mall/Turnpike Shopping Center has quietly closed their doors and removed all the furniture. Was a nice place to enjoy a burger outside.

We love this elevation burger. Under the new management, we have only ordered take out, but so far our food has always been correct and delicious. We are a family that requires gluten free food (celiac disease) so we appreciate their fairly gf menu.

The burger was actually pretty good, however the guy behind the counter had literally no interest in working there. His customer service lacked in every which way. I would say that I get it because it’s difficult to work during covid etc. but the place was dead and he wasn’t doing much for him to have a bad attitude.

My family and I are Elevation Burger fans, but something is running amok with this particular store. I have eaten there before and it was fine. Then they closed down because of COVID. They recently reopened and I went in and ordered a burger. When I got it home, I found it to be overcooked, a lot thinner than usual, and stiff as cardboard, but with less taste than cardboard. My wife went in today and had to wait 33 minutes for two burgers. I don't think Elevation Burger has driven off a cliff, but this particular store sure is having some huge problems with cooking time and quality. I may try the store in Falls Church next time, but if my experience there is poor, I will be taking my talents to Five Guys!

The manager was super friendly and leading her staff very well. The soda machine was mostly empty (maybe had 3 working flavors out of 20). Burgers here are always good, but things like a working soda machine are important.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. the staff were so friendly and we felt very good. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.
