I don’t think the meat is organic and it’s a lame burger. Nothing special about it. It was almost cold when they gave it to us and tasted weird. I felt unease and stomach pain 15 minutes after eating it. Not coming back.

I could live off the onion rings..... Th one star is because what happened on June 10, 2025. Was told no more shakes, when we ordered one. On menu and website. Then while eating, watching person make a milkshake and give to another customer 10 minutes later.

I bought an elevation burger with fries. It’s a nice touch that the elevation burger is halal, but this is not really halal and it feels like another restaurant selling halal food as a trend. You can’t claim to sell halal food when you prepare and sell pork (bacon) in the same restaurant. It’s not truly halal and this is deceiving. Aside from that, the burger was dry and bland, and the fries were too greasy.

Ordered veggie burger and onion rings. Burger was good in taste and Onion rings were fine batter used in onion rings was very thick. Good options for vegetarians if u feel hungry while shopping like I do always ?

Did not enjoy the last visit. The food served was not up to the reputation of the restaurant. The outlet was maintained at a much higher temperature as compared to the remaining mall. The food was not worth the price paid.
Worst thing I ever eat. Chicken sandwich had a soggy buns and 2 small pieces of chicken tasted like old fish. I ordered one chicken wrap and it came with 1 lettuce and onion with 2 chicken pieces on side. I'm appalled on wasting my money. Never coming back.

First time to try this spot. Have heard good things about elevation burger. Staff pleasant but assist with the "order at the counter" menu was not offered. Double mushroom burger and veggie burger ordered along with 1 order of olive oil fries. Wise to get one fry order. Huge serving easily enough to share. Both burgers were quite tasty. We enjoyed our meal and glad we tried it!

I ordered from this place twice. I thought they might’ve messed it up the first time. They don’t include toppings. They don’t make a good burger. They don’t make any bit of quality in a super tiny plain $10 chicken sandwich. Absolutely worthless. Feel free to try.
