Really strange drink situation. No fountain drinks despite having the place and water lines for them. No diet or sugar free drinks in the cooler. Using a residential style water cooler for commercial use. Weird set up. Go to Panda Express for drinks with your burger.

I ordered a really yummy impossible burger here. With the dairy free cheese, it was impeccable. Tasted just like a regular burger. The patty is on the thinner side which was fine for me but double up if you like a thicker burger.They also made me a vegan strawberry shake - it was thiccc. I am used to dairy milkshakes coming through with heavy hitting flavor so this isn't an absolute alternative but it's a nice option to have when a shake craving comes around. I came in on a Tues around 5.30pm. It was very quiet in there but the tables were really clean and a lovely lady bought the food to my table!

Elevation burgers had been our favorite for several years, the burgers were halal and organic, tasted so fresh, and high-quality meat. The French fries were also exceptionally good. Unfortunately, this time we went were told meet no longer is halal, I got a veggie burger for my 8 yr old, she took only a bite, it was half cooked, the chicken sandwich was worse than any other low quality fast food, French fries drenched in oil, just awful. My mom got the elevation burger and she said it tasted worse than other fast foods. Everything was so disappointing, will never return.
It’s a shame to see they changed their Halal menu without informing customers. I am not religious myself but it should be respected or at least inform them.Also the fries are some of the worst I’ve ever had. Always soggy.

So I have been wanting to try it so what better than with my girlfriend and one of her sons and his wife. I was totally let down honestly the place itself was minimal at best. Kind of reminded me of Five Guys but sadly it failed. It has a small counter with two registers and a refrigerator that held bottled drinks. A young girl took our order and she gave mediocre customer service at best They said free soda fountain drinks with every meal but that was a fallacy it was just bottled drinks from the fridge. I will say my burger, my girlfriend's burger and her son and wife's chicken sandwiches were very good and juicy and the toppings were crisp but that's where the goodness stops. The lg fries which were thinner than shoe string fries were less than edible some step up from raw and were limp and some were burned. It would have been better if they just all together scrapped the fries they have now and went with crinkle cut. The Onion Rings were pretty oily. Overall I wasn't impressed.

Cashier was not looking at my face, seemed not so happy to see me. My fries were soogy, burgers were less than average, looked like they have been sitting for a while. This would be more last visit.

The nastiest burger I ever ate, soaked in fat true the wrapper, the chicken sandwich a little better, take your money somewhere else. It looked like the whole burger was pre-made and warmed up with bacon inside it in toaster oven, Mc. Donald is way better and at $12 you get fries and drink plus change .

The cashiers were very kind for informing me this place is no longer Halal and provided good service overall. However, when there was a problem with my order- the manager was incompetent and it seemed she couldn’t understand what I was saying. BEWARE: there is a hole to the left of the water machine and I saw a small rat poke through. I am not surprised that this place has rats- it is very dingy.
My daughter is very selective with burger places and this is one of her favorite places to get a cheddar cheese burger. I tried the Elevation Fries for the first time (cheddar cheese fries with caramelized onions and Elevation sauce and they were surprisingly very good). The only minor drawback to this location is that it is part of Fair Oaks Mall, so you have to be okay to contend with the mall crowd and mall parking. But it could be worse, as I think visiting Fair Oaks is light years better than going to Tysons Corner.

After our experience getting Elevation Burger we wouldn't recommend this to anyone, the fries were cold, soggy, and didn't have any olive oil, my sons' burgers were lacking in mustard and barbecue sauce, and my wife's chicken didn't come with sauce and was flavorless and cold.

Service was awful. The person at the front was rude and cold. Asked for fountain drink but charged me for Chocolate milk. Fries were cold. The burger was dripping. $18 for Elevation burger/fries/bottle of soda does not seem worth it.

First time here and the lettuce wrap burger was delicious and the lettuce wasn't soggy at all which would be 4 stars in my book. The fries were a bit over done and the shake was not thick deserving of a spoon as advertised. It was tasty though. My husband and I had our own burgers but shared the fries which are enormous, and the shake is enough for two as well if you are being judicious. I love the fact the burger wasn't too greasy and I'll say it again--- came out with fresh thick wrapping of lettuce that stayed crunchy to the last bite!
