I hate to neg on a locally owned business but I fail to see the attraction. I've ordered from here 4 times now: coffee simply comes out of a thermos. Sandwiches are thin on filling (I got a BLT with a single slice of bacon and tomato in it) and the Pocaga pastry things literally are empty despite costing several dollars each.
I've been visiting Fairfax Bakery regularly since discovering it a year ago, and it never disappoints. Their Turkish breakfast is a delightful experience, offering a variety of small portions on a partitioned plate that keep you alternating between savory and sweet flavors. After finishing our lunch nearby, we sought a coffee and dessert spot and found a charming bakery that piqued our interest. This Mediterranean bakery café, though small with limited seating, was pleasantly clean and tidy.
