The staff at this location was very welcoming and professional.
The food was freshly prepared and tasty.
This was my first experience with firehouse subs, and it definitely won’t be my last.

Everything was great but didn't get the cookie that we paid for. Recommend checking for your bag for contents before leaving the store.

First time, and even though they were out of pickles, we really loved the sandwiches.

My go-to quick hoagie shop. Typical chain with some alternative meat/sauce options than Jimmy Johns or subway. I like the pickles and hot sauces. Store is clean and staff is friendly.

First time here and I can understand now why it was packed. Food was great. Service was good. They were slightly busy but it didn’t take long for us to get our food. My picky kids ate everything and had no complaints. Will be back.

Ordered a chicken club and the zesty garlic hook and ladder. They were honestly the worst subs I’ve ever tasted, so disgusting that I ended up throwing them out. How does this place stay in business? Rating: 0 out of 5

Pricier than other sub shops. $10 for a 3-4 inch sub is alot for such a small size. $14 for a full 6 inch. Hot, flavorful subs. Great choices that aren't common at most sub places. Their Brisket BBq sub passes the test. Service could improve a bit more. Not very personal to customers. Workers seem like they're just there. Clean spacious sit down atmosphere
The food is always delicious and fresh!

This store has converted to a “card-only; no cash” operation. I’ll will find other locations that accept cash or go to Jersey Mike’s in the future.
Food/service was okay - but not going to support card-only business
The best subs
My only constructive criticism for the manager is that my online order (20 minutes ahead) was made on arrival after customers that had just arrived in the store. Some customizations were also not honored.
Overpriced for the quality, $17 for large microwaved sub is unacceptable.
Never personally had a bad experience with Firehouse Subs. Courteous staff and great sandwiches.
