They give you less meat than they used to. Now they ask for a tip for handing you the food you bought. $24 for a regular sandwich. Guilt tipping earns one star.

The experience was positive. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich which was excellent.

I’m all for portion of your meal going to rescue orgs but 18.09 for this tiny sub with gyro like “steak” with chips and a drink is nuts I’ll go just get a sub at jersey mikes with a lot more meat and they actually cook it on the flattop in front of you..

Good food but employees that lock the bathroom a couple hours before closing for my older parents. Owners are new so probably aren’t experienced in dealing with staff of this nature. Will hit Potbelly down the way to vote with the dollars and post this for a heads up.

Ordered a large hot Italian sub to go online. They forgot my sides of banana peppers and jalapeno peppers, bummed.

Their business model, customer service and employee attentiveness are horrible. If you compare firehouse, or at least this location, to other sub places in the area like jersey mikes, you will find that firehouse prices are significantly more expensive, yet their portion sizes are smaller. They charge more than $3 more than jersey mikes cheesesteak sub, yet the firehouse sub has significantly less meat in it, and the meat and bread dont taste as good as jersey mikes. The bread does not seem to be freshly made, or it is a different type of bread that is harder and tougher. I tried this location once and did not ever try it again. They messed up my uber eats order really badly, it was unacceptably bad, and when I reached out to their online customer service they had no response and never got back to me. I got a tuna salad sub, which is supposed to come with mustard to begin with. I never marked no mustard, I just marked it as no mayonnaise, and they somehow took this to mean no sauces at all so it had no sauces in it. There was a separate option to select no mustard which was not selected.I got a philly cheesesteak which does not normally come with mustard. I asked to add mustard to that, which they somehow interpreted totally differently, and gave me no mustard on, and also removed the provolone cheese from it. The sub is supposed to include provolone cheese, which it did not include. I am not sure if they ran out of all these ingredients or what exactly happened but these mistakes were in addition to the fact their prices are far too high- even if they were to offer larger portions their prices would be too high because jersey mikes already provides larger portions with lower prices.

I went here for a quick meal, and it was alright. It was the first time for me, and I got the new york steamer sub. The sub was pretty tasty, especially with the fire house sauce(you can ask for them). I also really enjoy the white bread, it was very fluffy. The environment was clean, but they didn't play any music and it can be a bit awkward. The subs can also be abit pricey, my foot long was around 14 bucks. Overall not too bad of a place to get some subs.

On May 24th, 2023, we had a massive corporate catering order with SO many variation of sandwiches. Over 100 sandwiches with 10+ variations due to staff dietary restrictions. Juanita took such good care of us. She accommodated our extremely complicated order, and our 100+ staff members enjoyed the food. They LOVED the cookies.Juanita made the entire catering process so easy. She was quick to respond to me and was so patient. She also helped set up the catering for the event. Juanita was responsive, professional, and above all: kind.We would be delighted to order from this Firehouse Subs and work with her.

The ambience is good and we don’t even need to talk about subs they are the best. The staff is so polite and understand you with patience.

Food is good, but over 90% of the time, they do not pack UberEats/DoorDash orders correctly.

The subs at firehouse are always pretty good to me. The other day however, I ordered the turkey bacon ranch for a late dinner. The following morning, I woke up with a severe stomach ache and fever that caused me to vomit a NUMBER of times, as well as diarrhea for 2 whole days. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

Love this place. Best 'fast food' style subs there is IMO. The sandwiches are massive and ingredients are always fresh. The only negative I'd say is that the prices are pretty high. A large sub is anywhere from like $13-16. But you can partially blame #FJB for that (inflation). They're also founded by and support firefighters which is always a good thing Perfect spot for a quick sub! And go for a large if you wanna take home a whole extra meal.

Firehouse is the best!! No one comes near the new prime rib. Friendliest sub shop in townKid-friendliness: Grandson loves the firehat that comes with the kids meals.

The Subs are tasty. I've noticed, since post pandemic, whenever I order out(not dining in) or pick up, that at the end of my total, I am asked to donate something and leave a tip. First, I'm not dining in so why tf do I have to tip? Did I not give you money for the food which was rightfully deserved? Why ask me for more money? It is getting annoying everywhere I go. I'll gladly tip if dining in and being served, but employers need to pay their employees livable wage and not leave it on the customers. Bunch of Abrahams
