One of my favorite breakfast/lunch restaurants! Multiple locations in NoVA, making it a convenient spot to get to from almost anywhere. Today was a quick brunch at the Fairfax location. Video shows the Ham and Gruyère Omelette and Elevated Egg Sandwich. It comes w potatoes but I subbed for dressed greens. Usually also sub w artisan whole-grain bread but had it as-is. They’re super flexible with special requests and staff is always friendly. Rachael checked in regularly, we had time to settle and chat after ordering and didn’t feel rushed to leave.
They don’t do reservations but you can use their “get in line” feature to get on the waitlist before you even leave your house! Highly recommend on weekends when they’re packed. They also have a ‘community table’ which is first come first serve (unknown if all locs). Great for solo dining or during peak times when it’s just 2 or 3 of you.

Went to First Watch at Lunchtime and had a great breakfast! This place always hits the mark. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I had the Ham and Gruyère omelette and what I really liked was that the eggs were seasoned before they hit the griddle. What can I say “I like salt”. The greens were fresh and the ham in the omelette was like a cross between lunch meat ham and Virginia country ham. Very good!

Love that FW changes their menu by season but also has a main menu so you can still come by and have your 'usual'.
Their drinks also change with the season and I had the orange creamsicle which is so great and perfect as a morning drink.
The service was prompt and friendly. Love stopping by here for brunch. The food is great and so is the service.
