I decided to grab a quick drink ahead of watching a movie in the Fair City mall and was so happily surprised to be seated immediately. I informed the extremely kind server Yatzari that we were in a rush and she swiftly took our drink orders and guided me through the beverage menu to find a drink that wouldn't be too sweet. Yatzari was so kind and even though she knew that we wouldn't be ordering much and that we were in a rush, she remained exceptionally kind. This review is truly for her. I hope First Watch Management sees this and they continue to see the laborious efforts of their employees. The servers here are what keep people coming back.
I will definitely be returning here to have breakfast as every server was so kind and I absolutely loved the vibe of the place. Management, keep showing kindness and humanity towards your team, this place is fantastic!
