One of my favorite breakfast/lunch restaurants! Multiple locations in NoVA, making it a convenient spot to get to from almost anywhere. Today was a quick brunch at the Fairfax location. Video shows the Ham and Gruyère Omelette and Elevated Egg Sandwich. It comes w potatoes but I subbed for dressed greens. Usually also sub w artisan whole-grain bread but had it as-is. Went to First Watch at Lunchtime and had a great breakfast! This place always hits the mark. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. I had the Ham and Gruyère omelette and what I really liked was that the eggs were seasoned before they hit the griddle. What can I say “I like salt”. The greens were fresh and the ham in the omelette was like a cross between lunch meat ham and Virginia country ham. Very good!
