I thought that the business model was fresh food, cooked upon order. That's not what these people are doing at this location. When I ordered, they did not drop new patties. Also my fries were cold and undercooked.

Still the best burger in Fairfax. Seriously. The simplicity and quality shines through every time. The fries are also amazing. It's a little more pricey than some other chains but I think it's totally worth it. My kids love coming here to and the free peanuts are always a fun time.

Arrived about 3 minutes before my order was ready. Clearly they pulled my fries early to get it out because they are soft and soggy. Five guys tells you guys exactly how long to fry the fries. How freaking complicated is it to follow those directions?

Had a bad craving for their burgers today, so I got a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms with the classic condiments, and a ton of their famous fries! I couldn't finish the fries (will save them for breakfast).

I visited Five Guys before they closed, and I asked the staff if I could still order. They said yes, so I ordered a medium beef burger meal for $12. After I left with my order, I was shocked to find out it was just a huge bag of fries—no burger at all! Very disappointing experience 👎

Don't bother asking to cook the fries longer to make them crispy becuase they will say okay and then proceed to not care at all. I was the only customer in the store and she couldn't be bothered to let them fry longer. Now I'm sitting at home air frying the food I just bought.
I called to ask if it was possible to accommodate someone with celiac disease. The man who answered the phone simply said “huh?” Which is fine, so I explained further, and he just hung up on me.
