Had a bad craving for their burgers today, so I got a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms with the classic condiments, and a ton of their famous fries! I couldn't finish the fries (will save them for breakfast).

I visited Five Guys before they closed, and I asked the staff if I could still order. They said yes, so I ordered a medium beef burger meal for $12. After I left with my order, I was shocked to find out it was just a huge bag of fries—no burger at all! Very disappointing experience 👎

Don't bother asking to cook the fries longer to make them crispy becuase they will say okay and then proceed to not care at all. I was the only customer in the store and she couldn't be bothered to let them fry longer. Now I'm sitting at home air frying the food I just bought.

I called to ask if it was possible to accommodate someone with celiac disease. The man who answered the phone simply said “huh?” Which is fine, so I explained further, and he just hung up on me.

It's one thing when you're trying to be fast and everything but yall know better than to undercook someone's fries and under-portion. Can't believe i dropped $17 for a burger and soggy undercooked fries. Whatever changed in the last few months was a mistake and I definitely need a refund.

Time 15 43 on Monday February 3rd Ps: the only thing that you were not calculating when you mistreated me was my Google profile with 11 milion views!

Staff is always nice and speaks with a smile. Easy go to burger spot when in a pinch or craving a burger. Very clean when eating in as well
This Fairfax, Lee Hwy location is always consistent and clean. They have good customer service as well. My only concern, they stopped adding the extra scoop of fries in the bag. That was disappointing and unexpected.

I haven't had five guys in probly four or five years, it was just ok then, and ow it's a little worse. The dou ke cheeseburger had no taste, it was cooked fine but it was just bland. Tje veggies were bland too. I remember loving five guys about 7_ 10 years ago, because it was way better than any fast food place as it was fresh. But now, honestly, I prefer a Burger King double whopper. The fries were way to salty also. I don't think five guys is a place for me anymore.
