I came in to try this place for the first time, and I was shocked by the rudeness of the short chubby lady with the pony tail. She yelled at her dad who was trying to help me. She had an attitude with me, but of course since I'm way more classy than that i didnt put my self down to her level. Imagine coming to a restaurant for the first time and getting a nasty cashier behind the counter who yells at her father! Gurl, if you dont like there or have no customer service skills dont effing work there. Simple. I canceled my order and left. Never will i return to this god forsaken place! Bye felicias!
This is my to go place every week because I live very close to this place. I love their kebab but sometimes they give me old bread which is very stale. Most of the time they do it because they bake it before. I always asked them to bake a new bread because mostly I don't take rice, only bread. So bread must be baked fresh. I always eat lunch special there. ALL the time.

I used to swear by this place but over time the service has progressively gotten worse. The orders were messed up a few times where we didn't get all of the sauce we ordered and that was fine, not the end of the world. However, the last time we ordered we received the wrong order completely and didn't notice until we got home. I was sitting next to my boyfriend who placed the order with a woman on the phone. When I called the store, I nicely explained what happened and the woman who took the order put a man on the phone who told me that the order was said incorrectly by my boyfriend. I explained to him no, I heard what was placed as I was right there when he called it in, but we would just like the correct food, he raised his voice saying we got what we ordered, muttered under his breath, and hung up the phone on me. My boyfriend called back and the guy told him "you can get chicken some other time". Really disappointed to see this is how they treat customers, especially since we've been regulars for years.

First of all customer service is horrible I ordered a gyro the bread was stale and cold as if they had took it out the fridge? When I asked the the guy who was at the counter to take it back and that I wanted a refund he refused and told me he would make me something else and kept pressuring me to get something else on the menu. I told him I didn’t want anything and I simply wanted my money back. Then he and his coworkers started laughing and pointing at me speaking in their language and he told me to call another day so I could “maybe” get money back. Why could he not give me my money back because of a mistake he or his coworker made like every other business. They were obnoxious and very unprofessional yelling and arguing in front of everybody and refusing to give me my money back. Do not waste your time nor your money going to this very unprofessional and poor serviced business. Tip: if you want great service and a delicious gyro go to Lebanese kitchen right across the parking lot!
