Original baker had an error on a cake for a 65th birthday. I went to Fran’s the same day they corrected the entire image and reprinted it so I could fix it!! They were so kind and cared that this was a special event for my boyfriend’s mom. Very attentive to detail, went over dimensions with me, and was able to print the image RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! Exceptional service!
I CANNOT say enough good enough things about this company! Carol went out of her way to get me exactly what I needed for my sixteenth's birthday at the last minute. Truly great product and perfectly timed to be delivered when I needed it. THANK YOU!!!
