Even though he is saying on his own videos that the real shawarma must be made with (shrak) bread , he is using the regular bread and covers it with shrak bread !!!

Ordered the appetizer mix at Global Bistro and had a mix of hits and misses. The hummus was very creamy and smooth, and the baba ghanoush stood out with a nice smoky flavor. The fattoush salad was excellent—fresh, well-dressed, and full of flavor. The chicken shawarma was also good, and the portions overall were very generous.

Unfortunately, some items fell short. The kibbeh was a bit too greasy and lacked seasoning, and the falafel was extremely dry and bland, which was disappointing. Overall, there are some solid dishes here and great portion sizes, but consistency across the menu could be improved.
