Goldmiss, you need to work on customer service with your employees. This was my first time visiting the place, not to be greeted with a simple hello, and then to treat a paying cutomer who paid with cash payment that it was one of the most disgusting things to do. The young lady who's in this picture was the cashier and was VERY RUDE!! Through my money on the counter and not placed in my hands. When I went to complain to a manager, both workers pretended not to speak English. If you're going to have staff there working, they should know the first step to positive experience with service is at least greet customers who are spending their money. Two: they need to learn how to use the cash register and how to count basic math properly. Don't make excuses for bad behavior because it will reflect on business with negative reviews like this. I'm never coming back.!!

If i could give a 0 stars for customer service I would. I ordered 2 dogs, one i put under special instructions “not spicy”. When they came out, they were both spicy. I went up to the counter and asked the lady to replace it since I ordered not spicy, she said “it’s all spicy, no change”. I said no, i’ve ordered this plenty of times without spicy and she said. “no change”. Eventually after she spoke to someone and said her manager wasn’t there when I asked to speak to someone she grabbed the corn dog and threw it away and went in the back. Absolute attitude for no reason. The dog was for a little girl who can’t handle spice and yet the lady was acting like I was insane. I don’t know if she just didn’t speak English well or if she was just overall rude but I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a half-dozen assorted mochi donuts, and the owner helped me choose them. They were delicious, not too sweet, and pleasantly chewy. Tiramisu and Matcha were our favorites of all the flavors we tried, but the others were still very good and well-flavored. I definitely plan to go back and get more soon.

Before having the hotdog with potato+mozzarella from Goldmiss, I didn’t know there existed such a thing or I needed to have it! I can’t wait to try sweet potato next time!The flavor and texture are unique and easily addictive. I can imagine myself taking it from a street food vendor and enjoying every bite while walking along the crowded urban neighborhood.The food booth is located inside Hmart so it’s just regular food court environment, but it’s clean and comfortable.

Overall had a wonderful experience! Greeted by kind and patient staff, which was much needed because of how many great options there were to choose from!Mochinuts, corndogs, and drinks were made fresh and it showed through the quality of the food. Definitely coming back again!
Good food but customer service is awful. Went there today, Google said they close at 8pm and we got there at 7:55 and they weren’t taking anymore orders for hotdogs. The lady at the counter said, and without a care in the world, that they shut down the hotdog machine at 7:50. This should be listed somewhere online especially for those that drive 25-30 minutes to come buy these hotdogs. Hours are not accurate and customer service is awful. This location is not up to par. ??

We initially came here to try out the Korean hot dogs & ended up trying the mochi donuts as well. My favorite was the sweet potato hot dog. I liked the balance of sweet & salty. The rest were ok. I thoroughly enjoyed the mochi donuts they were soft & sweet but not too sweet. I would come back for them. It’s located inside of the hmart food court so there isn’t much to be said about the atmosphere.

This was good. It was too much for me and it became too greasy so I could not finish it. The next day I re-heated and it actually tasted way better.I did not like that I asked for tips on screen when paying with a card. They can't even directly ask for tip. I do not get this concept of businesses begging. What will I tip your workers for? Perhaps pay your workers well and stop letting them beg for tips.

The donuts are alright, I just have an issue with their never being any sandwiches.. I'm not sure if they don't make them anymore or what the issue was. I've come by at three separate occations once at 7ish( I understand that late I let it slide), Another time at 2pm. And Today around 5ish pm. I'm not complaing about the employees just why there isn't any sandwiches?
