The food was fine, but the service was incredibly upsetting. The man at the register (probably in his late 50s) yelled at my friend and got extremely aggressive for no reason. His behavior was so intense it genuinely made us feel afraid and uncomfortable. It completely ruined the experience. No one should be treated like that when just trying to order food.
Yelled at me?!?! Had an order at the kiosk and went to get my drink. He had an attitude and told me that I was supposed to get it from the fountain when he never called out an order or provided me a cup to do so. When I told him that it was a misunderstanding and I don’t mind getting my drink. I mentioned that it wasn’t specified on the order and as I was putting the bottle back into the fridge - he yelled at me!!! and slammed his fist on the counter in the kitchen and starting glaring at me trying to intimidate me. He also started cursing at me in Korean and muttering under his breath. Horrible behavior and manners. Definitely lives up to the name.
The man working there was very aggressive with the way he spoke. I did not feel welcome to dine in after the way he interacted with me and my friends. We got the fountain drink and bottle drink mixed up because it wasn’t specified when ordering and when we told him it was confusing he got very angry and followed my friend to the fountain drink station and raised his voice at her asking “what did you say” and banged his hand on the counter. It was very unprofessional and we left right after getting our order.
Hottest chicken out there
I've been to this location twice. The restaurant is clean and has comfortable seating. Biggest issue is the size of the sandwiches and the amount of fries. Very small portions for $15.99 meal. The hot is extremely hot and I like hot food. Second time I got the mild, and their sandwiches simply have little flavor. I asked for an extra pickle and they charge extra for one pickle!! This business model should not be supported. You'll get more for your money, and better flavor at Popeyes.
Clean, bright, and good vibes all around. A great spot to chill and enjoy some spicy food. Laid-back atmosphere with good music and a welcoming feel. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy—easily some of the best Nashville-style hot chicken I’ve had!
Chicken rubber like. Bad texture not tender. Flavoring good. Would be a winner with tenderized white meat. McDonalds Crispy Chicken patty tastes and has a better profile
Owner need some basic manners
Good proportion in chicken and fries. Sauce spread over loaded fries further enhanced the taste.
Waffles were so soft and taste so close to a funnel cake.
Really professional cook this store have and on time service I recommend all food I try it is testy!

Delivery, fries were warm(that doesn't happen often) Combo 1 (Mega Sando+Fries+Drink). Mild chicken burger had kick already. First food I try in Washington DC. That was actually very nice.
Delicious chicken sandwich and super fresh. Also loved the bubble tea available here. The location is very clean. Bonus- my husband and I were talking about asking for an extra side sauce and by the time he got up to the counter, the lady behind the counter already had it ready for us. Nicely done!
Good ‘spicy’ crispy fried wings and tenders! Will be back.
Large chicken bites
On December 8th, between 7:50 PM and 8:00 PM, my friend and I experienced an unsettling incident at this restaurant, which we had always considered the best hot chicken spot in the area. Unfortunately, the level of customer service we encountered was unacceptable and left us deeply disappointed.
We arrived at approximately 7:45 PM, intending to dine in. The cashier, a man of Korean descent in his 50s, greeted us with a dismissive attitude and immediately told us, “You can’t dine in; we’re closed,” despite the fact that the restaurant’s listed closing time was 8:00 PM. His tone was curt and unwelcoming.
While waiting for our food to be prepared, we observed another family enter the restaurant around 7:52 PM, place an order, and take a seat to wait. Following their lead, we decided to sit as well. Moments later, the cashier called our order number, and I picked up our food. As we brought our meal to a table, the other family was still seated, awaiting their order.
At this point, the same cashier approached us aggressively, claiming that the restaurant was closed and demanding we leave, even though it was still a few minutes before the stated closing time. Despite our calm demeanor and willingness to comply with the rules, his tone escalated. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked to speak to a manager, the cashier became even more agitated. Shockingly, he resorted to yelling and used offensive language in Korean—a language my friend happens to understand. The term he used was highly inappropriate and deeply disrespectful.
The situation worsened when he began yelling loudly in front of other customers, aggressively kicked the kitchen door, and punched it multiple times before storming into the kitchen. Both my friend and I, as well as other patrons present, were left shocked and uncomfortable.
This experience was unacceptable on every level. I strongly urge the owner or management of this establishment to address this employee’s behavior immediately. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers. Sadly, this experience has completely tarnished our perception of a place we once loved, and we will not be returning.
