I don't if it’s this place or if Hangry Joes decided to shrinkflate, but these are the smallest loaded fries I’ve ever gotten. Not only is the container seemingly smaller than the regular rectangle ones, these aren't even filled to the top. In other Hangry Joes locations, I usually cant finish a plate in one sitting, but these were so small that I finished it no problem. I barely had any fries in my bowl. I would rather have the price increased and know what I'm getting than get hoodwinked like this.

Sando combos are my family's favorite that we order everytime we go there. But this time, I was shockingly surprised to see how little the waffle fries and cider slaw was served with each combo. It's almost like half the food for double the price it used to be.

We usually go to the Leesburg location and always loved the food in there. Unfortunately, everything we had in here lacked flavor and was too oily. We got one kids meal, funny enough, I asked to confirm it it comes with fries and was told yes, to find 4, literally 4 fries on the side. Also, you have to ask for ketchup whereas all other locations have them for you to grab. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location as I didn’t love it.

Decent spicy fried chicken. Portions are quite large, but price does reflect this. I really like the house made pickles, and the korean chicken nuggets are delicious.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I was excited to try this place for the first time, especially since it’s halal, but both the food and customer service fell short. The gentleman at the front counter was not polite, and there was a clear lack of basic manners. I was surprised to find that even a simple request—like having pickles on the side—came with an extra charge, and this was not communicated upfront. Overall, the customer service was unwelcoming, and the food did not make up for it. After reading some of the lower reviews, I realized my experience was not unique.

the way the owner responded to my review confirmed that. Their reply came across as dismissive and unprofessional, rather than taking the feedback constructively. Overall, I don’t plan on returning.

I only came here for a cool drink on a hot day, so I'm definitely going to have to come back and try some of the good smelling food. I got a mangonada, or whatever their version is called , a frozen mango and chamoy drink with fresh boba in the bottom, which was perfect for the temperature outside

I absolutely loved this place, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food has very good portions for the price as well as a comfortable indoor seating area. The Boba is extremely good, especially being not an official Boba place, And very customizable as well. The chicken is hot, but that’s the point and if you don’t like spicy food, get the mild to no heat! Overall, I absolutely love this place and would definitely recommend!!

The food was fine, but the service was incredibly upsetting. The man at the register (probably in his late 50s) yelled at my friend and got extremely aggressive for no reason. His behavior was so intense it genuinely made us feel afraid and uncomfortable. It completely ruined the experience. No one should be treated like that when just trying to order food.

Yelled at me?!?! Had an order at the kiosk and went to get my drink. He had an attitude and told me that I was supposed to get it from the fountain when he never called out an order or provided me a cup to do so. When I told him that it was a misunderstanding and I don’t mind getting my drink. I mentioned that it wasn’t specified on the order and as I was putting the bottle back into the fridge - he yelled at me!!! and slammed his fist on the counter in the kitchen and starting glaring at me trying to intimidate me. He also started cursing at me in Korean and muttering under his breath. Horrible behavior and manners. Definitely lives up to the name.

The man working there was very aggressive with the way he spoke. I did not feel welcome to dine in after the way he interacted with me and my friends. We got the fountain drink and bottle drink mixed up because it wasn’t specified when ordering and when we told him it was confusing he got very angry and followed my friend to the fountain drink station and raised his voice at her asking “what did you say” and banged his hand on the counter. It was very unprofessional and we left right after getting our order.

Hottest chicken out there

I've been to this location twice. The restaurant is clean and has comfortable seating. Biggest issue is the size of the sandwiches and the amount of fries. Very small portions for $15.99 meal. The hot is extremely hot and I like hot food. Second time I got the mild, and their sandwiches simply have little flavor. I asked for an extra pickle and they charge extra for one pickle!! This business model should not be supported. You'll get more for your money, and better flavor at Popeyes.
