The dishes are well prepared with care and attention paid to the blend of spices. The menu is truly an artistic creation, as is the presentation of each dish. The dishes will appeal to any palate. Plenty of vegetarian dishes are available and the chai is divine! The tandoori chicken is one of our favorites. Looking for something lighter, the daal (lentil) soup and rice never disappoint. And do give the Taj Mahal beer a try! If you are looking for a relaxing ambiance where you can be transported across the continents to the Himalayas, giving yourself a mini vacation from the hustle and bustle of this metropolitan area, we enthusiastically encourage you to visit this royal bistro. They are open for lunch which is doubly wonderful. Tucked away on a street connecting Church Street and Maple Avenue, the location is peaceful and relaxing.
